Colson went down with a knee injury during Thursday's game against the Mercury, and she won't be back for the Fever again in 2025. With Colson joining Aari McDonald (foot) on the shelf for the remainder of the year, Indiana will depend heavily upon Kelsey Mitchell and Lexie Hull in its banged-up backcourt until Caitlin Clark (groin) is ready to return.

Colson went down with a knee injury after logging only one minute on the floor. She grabbed one rebound during that short time. The timeline for her return remains uncertain. The earliest opportunity for her to get back on the floor will be Saturday against the Sky.

Peterson notes that Colson appeared to go down with a non-contact leg injury, though the team will take a closer look before providing an update. She was taken to the locker room during the first quarter of Thursday's matchup.

The Fever didn't get much production from their bench, with the entire second unit scoring just two points. Colson is not a fantasy asset in most formats with season averages of 2.4 points, 2.1 assists and 0.5 steals per game.

At one point, Colson appeared to tweak her right wrist when reaching for the ball, Tony East of The Next reports. However, she managed to finish the game, and there was no update from the Fever after the game. Colson has been held under 20 minutes in four consecutive outings, but she had a somewhat encouraging performance Wednesday despite her limited playing time.
