Shooting guard finished career tied for fourth in games played in FSU history. 2012-13: Joined teammate and fellow prospect Leonor Rodriguez on All-ACC First Team (Blue Ribbon Panel and coaches) as she helped FSU lead conference in scoring. Was second to Rodriguez among Seminoles in points per game (10th in ACC) while pacing club in double-figure scoring efforts (23) and in made treys. Capped career with a free throw with 9 seconds left to top No. 9 Maryland on Senior Night. 2011-12: Played out of position, starting at point guard. Set FSU's single-season mark for FT throw percentage. Led FSU in made threes, was No.2 in scoring, scored in double figures 22 times. 2010-11: Led ACC in 3-point FG % in conference play and ranked second among �Noles in made threes. 2009-10: Solid contributor off the bench after redshirting prior year (ACL tear). MISC: Father, Don, played football at Colorado. In a family already with two brothers and one sister, her parents became legal guardians of Alexa's prep teammate Krystal Thomas and her four siblings when the pair was in high school (after Thomas' father was incarcerated and her mother passed away from breast cancer). Thomas later starred at Duke and now plays for the WNBA's Mercury.
