An All-Big 12 First-Team pick on the court and in the classroom, as well as a co-captain in each of her final two seasons, she capped her career as the second ISU player and 14th in Big 12 history with 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds. Departs with ISU career record for offensive boards, and did it all while improving her FT percentage each year, going from 62.7% as a frosh to 83.3 % as a senior. 2012-13: Led ISU to Big 12 title game vs. Baylor after ranking third in conference in rebounding, 4th in FT%, 12th in scoring. 2011-12: Honorable Mention All-America (AP, WBCA) and All-Big 12 First Team; only Big 12 player to average a double-double; led conference in rebounding (13th nationally) and offensive boards. Was one of just five players in a BCS conference to rank among top 40 nationally in rebounds and FG percentage. 2010-11: A Big 12 All-Defensive Team pick, she led ISU in charges taken, ranked among conference's rebounding leaders, and was fourth in FG percentage. 2009-10: Led Cyclones in rebounding as a frosh, including 14 boards in a game vs. Baylor's Brittney Griner. PREP: A two-time all-state pick, her school, Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, Ia.), has seen its share of tragedy. First, the school was destroyed by an EF5 tornado on May 25, 2008; then, in June of '09, legendary football coach Ed Thomas was shot and killed in the school's weight room (his family later received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the 2010 ESPYs.
