With this year's national honors pending, already was a three-time All-America. Led ND to NCAA title game as a soph and junior, earning Regional MOP and Final Four All-Tournament honors each time. BIG EAST Player of Year as junior and senior; three-time All-BIG EAST First Team and three-time BIG EAST All-Academic selection. Teamed first 3 years with current WNBA 1rst round picks Devereaux Peters, Natalie Novosel as Irish went to Final Four in 2012 and 2013. ND's all-time leader in career scoring and steals, she also ranks No. 2 in assists. First ND player to reach 2,000 pts, 500 assists, 500 rebounds in career; Fighting Irish career leader in steals, FTs made and attempted, games started, minutes played. Started all but one game in her career, giving up starting role on 2/26/11 in order for walk-on Mary Forr to start on Senior Day. 2012-13: Finalist for Wooden and Lieberman awards as well as Naismith Trophy; BIG EAST Player of Year; led Irish to a No. 1 seed in NCAAs. 2011-12: Leiberman Award winner as nation's top guard; All-America pick (State Farm Coaches, AP, Wooden), BIG EAST POY, First-Team all-conference, Raleigh Regional MOP and All-Final Four Teams. Fourth Div. I player since 2001-02 to register 600 points, 200 assists, 100 steals in a season. Among BIG EAST leaders, ranked first in assists and steals, fourth in scoring; set ND season steals record. Had ND's first post-season triple-double (in NCAA Regional vs. Maryland, 22 pts, 11 assts, 10 rebs). 2010-11: All-America (State Farm), First-Team All-BIG EAST, Dayton Regional MOP, Final Four All-Tournament Team. Great post-season run included 24 pts. in Regional Final vs. Tennessee; 28 in Final Four semis vs. Maya Moore's UConn, 23 in title game vs. Tex. A&M. PREP: Coached by step-father, Mo Scott. 2009 Gatorade Nat'l HS Athlete of Year, following such winners as LeBron James ('03), Dwight Howard ('04), Candace Parker ('04), Tina Charles ('06), Maya Moore ('07). Two-time Gatorade Indiana POY. MISC: Worked at ESPN during the summer of 2013. Was offered scholarship by ND as 13-yr. old 8th grader after being recruited by ND asst. Niele Ivey; was 10 when ND Dame won its first championship in 2001; attended the parade, cheering for All-American Ruth Riley and Ivey. Currently a social media celeb, her Twitter account (@SkyDigg4) had over 300,000 followers as of 3/13/13), the most of any college athlete. Attended ESPNW retreats in 2010 & 2011 participating in panel discussions on future of women's athletics/mentorship with Lisa Leslie, Summer Sanders, Gretchen Bleier.
