With only four days remaining in the regular season, this is our final power rankings of the 2025 campaign.
Over the past week, the playoff picture has continued to come into focus, with seven of the eight spots secured. However, the final 11 games on the regular-season schedule will be important to deciding seeding as well as the final playoff berth.

As the regular season wraps and the playoffs draw near, we take a look at each team’s season as a whole and how we got to this final snapshot of the league rankings.

✅ Who’s In: Clinched Playoff Berth

1. Minnesota Lynx (33-9)
Last Week: 1 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Tue. at IND, Thur. vs. GSV
The Lynx are 33-9 with two games to play, meaning they are guaranteed to finish with a win percentage of at least .750 (33-11). Why is that significant? All six times the Lynx have finished the regular season with a win percentage of .750 or better they have gone on to make the WNBA Finals (2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2024). Can Napheesa Collier and Co. make it seven-for-seven as they enter the playoffs as the No. 1 seed?
2. Las Vegas Aces (28-14)
Last Week: 2 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Tue. vs. CHI, Thur. at LAS
A search for the phrase “peaking at the right time” should show A’ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces as the top results. The Aces enter their final two games of the regular season looking to extend a franchise-record 14-game win streak that has vaulted them to No. 2 in the standings – via a tiebreaker over the Atlanta (3-0 season series lead) – and looking as dangerous as any team entering the postseason.
3. Atlanta Dream (28-14)
Last Week: 3 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Mon. vs. CON, Wed. at CON
Riding a four-game win streak, Atlanta closes the regular season with a home-and-home with Connecticut. Sweeping those two games would see the Dream finish 30-14, cementing the best regular season (.681 win percentage) in franchise history – surpassing the 23-11 (.676) by the 2018 squad and doubling last season’s win total (15-25). The next challenge is the postseason, where Atlanta looks to win a series for the first time since 2016.
4. Phoenix Mercury (27-15)
Last Week: 4 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Tue. vs. LAS, Thur. at DAL
The Mercury completely overhauled their roster last offseason – returning only two players from the 2024 squad. The culmination of those moves is a squad that has locked up home-court advantage in the opening round (PHX holds tiebreaker over NY) and is two wins away from matching the franchise record for wins in a season (29 in 2014) with two games to play. Prior to this season, Phoenix has won 23 or more games three times in a season – they won the Finals all three times.
5. New York Liberty (25-17)
Last Week: 5 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Tue. vs. WAS, Thur. at CHI
The Liberty will open their title defense on the road as they are locked into the 5-seed – New York does not have tiebreaker over only team they can catch (1-3 vs. Phoenix), but does hold the tiebreaker over the only team that can match them (3-1 vs. Golden State). But a key question entering their championship defense is health. Breanna Stewart has averaged a team-high 17.6 ppg, 6.4 reb and 1.4 bpg in five games since returning from a knee injury. However, Sabrina Ionescu has missed the past four games (toe) and Nyara Sabally has not played since mid-July (knee). 
6. Golden State Valkyries (23-19)
Last Week: 6 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Tue. at SEA, Thur. at MIN
The Valkyries made history with Thursday’s win over Dallas, becoming the first expansion team to clinch a playoff berth in their inaugural season. Although a loss to the Lynx on Saturday snapped a five-game win streak, Golden State is guaranteed a winning record in its debut season – setting a foundation to build upon in the years to come as well as the present in the Valkyries’s first postseason.
7. Indiana Fever (23-20)
Last Week: 8 ⬆️
Remaining Schedule: Tue. vs. MIN
On Thursday, Caitlin Clark announced that she would miss the remainder of the season after being limited to 13 games in her sophomore season. However, three days later, the Fever defeated the Mystics to clinch a playoff berth for the second straight year following a seven-season playoff drought. Indiana has overcome multiple injuries – particularly in their backcourt –to not only stay in the playoff hunt, but lock up a top-seven finish.

👀 In The Hunt: Two Teams Competing For One Spot

8. Seattle Storm (22-21)

Remaining Schedule: Tue. vs. GSV
The Storm have a magic number of one with one game remaining in the regular season, meaning one Storm win or one Sparks loss will clinch a playoff berth for Seattle. With a veteran-laden roster led by Nneka Ogwumike and Skylar Diggins, this team has been built to make a playoff run now, but may need to do so from the 8-seed. At the All-Star break, the Storm (14-9) were in fourth place, but an 8-12 run post All-Star has dropped them into a battle for the final playoff spot.
9. Los Angeles Sparks (20-22)
Last Week: 9 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Tue. at PHX, Thur. vs. LVA
L.A. must win its final two games (at Phoenix, vs. red-hot Vegas) and have Seattle lose its regular-season finale (vs. Golden State) in order to secure the final playoff spot. While the Sparks may fall short of reaching the postseason for the first time since 2020, they have already made a 12-win improvement over last season when they won a franchise-low eight games. That’s the season’s second-highest wins leap behind only Atlanta’s 13-win jump from 2024 to 2025.

10. Washington Mystics (16-27)

Remaining Schedule: Tue. at NYL
After an offseason of change – Elena Delle Donne retired, Ariel Atkins traded, new head coach and general manager and three top-six picks in the 2025 Draft – the Mystics exceeded projections early in the season, entering the All-Star break in seventh place at .500 (11-11) – sending Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen to Indy as the league’s first All-Star rookie teammates since 1999. However, after trading leading scorer Brittney Sykes to Seattle at the deadline for more future assets, the Mystics have gone 5-16 since the break to fall out of the playoff picture.
11. Connecticut Sun (11-31)
Last Week: 11 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Mon. at ATL, Wed. vs. ATL
The Sun knocked on the championship door for eight straight seasons from 2017-2024 – racking up a league-high 181 regular-season wins during that span, but never breaking through to win the franchise’s first championship. The core of that team was broken up in the offseason as the Sun began a rebuild. With a new-look roster featuring five rookies, the Sun struggled early, entering the All-Star break at 3-19. However, they have gone 8-12 since the break thanks to key contributions from veterans Marina Mabrey and Tina Charles and the development of their young talent.
12. Chicago Sky (10-32)
Last Week: 12 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Tue. at LVA, Thur. vs. NYL
The Sky will cap off a challenging season with a challenging final two games, facing two teams that won the past three WNBA titles – Las Vegas (2022 &amp; 2023 champs) and New York (2024 champs) to conclude the 2025 campaign. Chicago struggled with consistency (they won consecutive games only two times all year) and offensive production (currently last at 75.9 points per game). Key injuries to Courtney Vandersloot (torn ACL after seven games) and Angel Reese (Sky went 1-9 in her 10 games missed with a back injury) played a key role as Chicago has its fewest wins since its inaugural season in 2006.
13. Dallas Wings (9-34)
Last Week: 13 ↔️
Remaining Schedule: Thur. vs. PHX
The Wings close out their season on Thursday against the Mercury looking to snap a 10-game losing streak and earn their 10th win of the season. Dallas’ season has featured a mix of highs and lows. No. 1 pick Paige Bueckers has shined, ranked in the top eight in the league in scoring (5th, 19.1), assists (8th, 5.3), steals (5th, 1.6) and minutes (4th, 33.4). However, the team struggled on defense (last in points allowed at 88.3 per game) and through injuries (only three players have appeared in 30+ games). Outside of a seven-game stretch from June 17-July 3 when the Wings went 5-2 with wins over three playoff teams, Dallas has gone 4-32 while enduring five losing streaks of 4+ games.

The playoff picture is beginning to come into focus. In the past week, the Lynx clinched the best record in the league, while the Aces, Dream and Mercury all punched their tickets to the playoffs.

<h2>Who’s In: Clinched Playoff Berth</h2>
<h3>1. Minnesota Lynx (31-8) ↔️</h3>

Minnesota’s win over Connecticut on Saturday not only clinched the No. 1 seed in the playoffs, it also set a Lynx franchise record for wins in a season (31), surpassing the mark they set last year (30) with five games to play. One of those remaining games is a marquee matchup with the red-hot Aces on Thursday. While the game won’t affect Minnesota’s playoff position, it can impact both the scoring title and MVP races between Napheesa Collier (23.41 ppg) and A’ja Wilson (23.36) – who enter the week in a dead heat in scoring average while Minnesota leads the season series 3-0.

It was another perfect week for the Aces with road wins at Chicago and Atlanta to extend their win streak to a franchise-record-tying 12 games. Wilson continues to dominate both ends of the court – averaging 26.8 points, on 50.4% FG, 45% 3P, 87.9% FT shooting splits, along with 12.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.5 steals. Las Vegas will look to set a new mark in Thursday’s showdown with Minnesota.

At 12-5, the Dream have been the second best team since the All-Star break. However, three of those five losses have come to the Aces, who have passed the Dream in the standings and own the head-to-head tiebreaker should it be needed at season’s end. Atlanta enters the week tied with Phoenix at 25-14, but holds the No. 3 spot in the standings after sweeping the season series with the Mercury (3-0).

The Mercury are riding a four-game win streak as they look to secure a top-four finish and home-court advantage in the opening round of the playoffs. Phoenix enters this week tied with Las Vegas and Atlanta in the loss column (14) but does not hold the head-to-head tiebreaker over either team, making a climb to No. 2 or No. 3 more challenging. However, Phoenix does hold a two-loss edge and the tiebreaker over No. 5 New York as the Mercury try to hold off the defending champs.

The Liberty enter this week in a unique position – they are the only team that is still in contention for a top-four finish while not having clinched a playoff berth. New York enters this week with a magic number of one, meaning they need one win (first chance is Tuesday at Golden State) or one Sparks loss (first chance is Monday at Seattle) to punch their fifth straight postseason ticket. After getting Natasha Cloud back on Saturday, New York hopes to get back to full health with Sabrina Ionescu (toe) and Nyara Sabally (knee) soon.

A three-game win streak has helped Golden State’s effort to become the first expansion team to reach the playoffs in its inaugural season, but there is still work to be done. Four of the Valkyries’ final five games come against teams that have either clinched a playoff berth (two games vs. Minnesota) or remain in the playoff mix (New York and Seattle). Can Veronica Burton continue dishing dimes &#8212; she has 13+ assists in three of her last five games &#8212; and help Golden State make history?

On Thursday in Minnesota, the Storm overcame a 21-point deficit to rally past the league-leading Lynx for a statement road win after Seattle entered the game 0-10 on the season when trailing by 16+ points. That was one of the Storm’s five wins over their last six games as they look to close the season strong and secure their playoff berth. Tonight’s game against Los Angeles is big as a loss would drop Seattle to 20 losses (even with L.A.) and give the Sparks the head-to-head tiebreaker.

After opening the week with wins over Seattle and Los Angeles to climb to sixth place in the standings, the Fever lost Sunday’s game against Golden State to drop back down to eighth. While the Fever hold the head-to-head tiebreaker over Seattle, they do not have tiebreakers against the Liberty, Sparks or Valkyries, which are the three teams closest to Indy in the playoff race. This week, the Fever head to Phoenix to face the playoff-bound Mercury before a pair of games against teams that have already been eliminated.

No team has a busier remaining schedule than the Sparks – who have played in a league-low 38 games and have six games over the season’s final 11 days, including four this week – as L.A. looks to snap a four-year playoff drought. Monday night&#8217;s game at Seattle is crucial as a win will prevent L.A. from dropping further from the pack in the loss column, while tying the season series with the Storm. It is the first of four remaining road games for the Sparks, who have been better away (10-8) than at home (8-12) this season.

Saturday&#8217;s loss at Golden State not only marked Washington&#8217;s largest margin of defeat (-37) since 2008, it also officially eliminated the Mystics from the playoffs. Sunday’s loss in L.A. made it seven straight for the Mystics, who will finish 10th in the standings regardless of the outcome of all remaining games – they can’t catch any team in the top nine and can’t be caught by any of the teams below them.

Despite Sunday’s loss to Minnesota, the Sun have played their best ball of the season down the stretch – going 5-3 in their last eight games. During this stretch, veterans Tina Charles (17.3 ppg) and Marina Mabrey (15.1 ppg) have led the way, but they are followed in scoring by a trio of rookies &#8212; Leïla Lacan (11.6 ppg, 5.8 apg, 2.6 spg), Saniya Rivers (10.0 ppg, 44.8% 3P) and Aneesah Morrow (8.6 ppg, 9.3 rpg).

<h3>12. Chicago Sky (9-30) ↔️</h3>

This Week: Wed. vs. CON, Fri. at IND, Sun. at LVA
Monday’s game against Las Vegas saw the Sky retire Candace Parker’s No. 3 jersey during a halftime ceremony. That game also saw Angel Reese pass Tina Charles (45) for the most double-doubles through a player’s first two seasons in WNBA history. With two more double-doubles last week, Reese is up to 48 and counting. The Sky enter this week looking to snap a four game slide as Chicago has gone just 2-17 in its last 19 games.

This Week: Mon. at MIN, Thur. at GSV, Sun. at LAS
The injuries and the losses continue to climb for Dallas, which has eight players listed on its injury report entering Monday’s game in Minnesota. That includes rookie sensation Paige Bueckers (left calf), who is on pace to finish in the top 10 in scoring (18.9 ppg), assists (5.4 apg) and steals (1.6) in her first season as a pro. The Wings have dropped seven straight and are 3-18 over their last 21 games.

2025 WNBA Power Rankings: Week 13

The stage is set for a thrilling finish to the 2025 regular season with playoff spots and positioning on the line in just about every single game over the final two-plus weeks.
For this week’s rankings, we’re breaking down the field into four groups – each one representing a different race for the teams included.

Group 1: Race to clinch No. 1 overall seed
The smallest of these groups belongs solely to the Lynx, who have a magic number of two (Lynx wins or Dream losses) to clinch the No. 1 overall seed and home-court advantage throughout the playoffs. How important is home-court? The Lynx are 18-1 at Target Center this season.

1. Minnesota Lynx (30-7)

This Week: Thur. vs. SEA, Sat. at CON
The Lynx opened the week with their first consecutive losses of the season – falling at New York and Atlanta – before bouncing back by sweeping a home-and-home with Indiana. Sunday’s game marked the return of Napheesa Collier, who dropped 32 points in her first game after missing three weeks with an ankle injury. Minnesota went 5-2 without the league’s leading scorer and MVP candidate.

Group 2: Race for home-court advantage in First Round
Next up, we have four teams – the Aces, Dream, Mercury and Liberty – separated by just two games and all seeking a top-four finish in order to secure home-court in the opening round of the playoffs.

2. Las Vegas Aces (24-14)

No team in the league is hotter than the Aces, who won their 10th straight game on Saturday – marking the longest win streak of the Vegas era and the second longest in franchise history (12 by the 2012 Silver Stars). The eighth win of this streak came against the Dream as the Aces rallied back from 10 down in the fourth quarter to clinch the head-to-head tiebreaker (lead season series 2-0 with one game to play). Vegas also holds the tiebreaker over Phoenix, but not New York.
3. Atlanta Dream (24-13)

This Week: Wed. vs. LVA, Fri. vs. DAL
With only 13 losses on the season – second only to Minnesota – the Dream control their own destiny down the stretch. If they win out, they’ll be the No. 2 seed (assuming Minnesota doesn’t collapse). Atlanta has won nine of its last 11 games with its only loss this week coming at the hands of red-hot Las Vegas. The Dream will look to avenge that loss on Wednesday when they host the Aces in their final meeting of the regular season. While Atlanta does not have the tiebreaker with Vegas, they do hold it over Phoenix and split its season series with New York.
4. Phoenix Mercury (22-14)

This Week: Tue. at LAS, Thur. vs. CHI, Sat. vs. NYL
This month, Phoenix has gone 0-4 against Las Vegas and Atlanta, but 6-0 against all other teams. However, dropping two games apiece to the Aces and Dream means that the Mercury lost the head-to-head tiebreakers with both teams, which could hurt them if the race remains this tight down the stretch. Phoenix leads its season series with New York (2-1) and can clinch that tiebreaker in their final meeting on Saturday.
5. New York Liberty (22-15)

This Week: Mon. vs. CON, Thur. vs. WAS, Sat. at PHX

Nyara Sabally (knee) remains out for likely another week, while Sabrina Ionescu (foot), Natasha Cloud (nose) and Isabelle Harrison (concussion) are all listed as questionable for Monday&#8217;s game against the suddenly-scorching Sun. Saturday’s game at Phoenix is one to watch as NY can clinch the head-to-head tiebreaker with a win, giving the Liberty two tiebreakers (also over Vegas) in this group.

There have only been eight games in WNBA history with a player racking up 24+ points and 13+ assists – Veronica Burton has two of those games in Golden State’s last three outings. Sunday’s win at Dallas snapped a three-game slide for the Valkyries, who remain in the hunt to become the first WNBA expansion team to qualify for the playoffs in their inaugural season. Golden State has tiebreakers on its side, locking up the head-to-head edge over Indiana and Los Angeles and leading Seattle (2-1) with one game to play.

Coming off a Kelsey Plum game-winner in their only game last week, can the Sparks make it two straight when they host the Mercury on Tuesday? In terms of tiebreakers, the Sparks hold it over the Fever and lead the Storm (2-1 with one game to play), but lost to the Valkyries.

Washington has no margin for error down the stretch, including a pair of must-win road games this week at Golden State and Los Angeles.

The 2025 WNBA regular season ends on Sept. 11. That’s exactly one month from today, which means the final sprint to the finish line begins now.
Here’s where the postseason races stand with a month to play:
In The Driver’s Seat: With a 6.5-game lead on the rest of the field, the Lynx’s path to the No. 1 overall seed is clear. With 12 games to play and an 11.5-game advantage on the 9-seed, the Lynx will likely have a chance to clinch a playoff berth this week.
Race For Home Court: Five teams – the Liberty, Dream, Mercury, Fever and Aces – enter the week at least four games over .500 and are separated by just 2.5 games in a race for the 2-4 seeds that earn home-court in the first round of the playoffs.
Race For The Playoffs: Four teams – the Valkyries, Storm, Sparks and Mystics – all hovering around .500 and separated by just 1.5 games are battling to secure a top eight finish.
Running Out Of Time: Three teams – the Sky, Wings and Sun – are each at least 7.5 games back of the current 8-seed. While no teams have been eliminated from playoff contention yet, these are the first three teams in danger.

The Dream will try to push both of their streaks (overall and road) to six when they visit the Storm on Wednesday, but may be without Jordin Canada, who left Sunday’s win with a right leg injury.
3. New York Liberty (20-11)

The Liberty have held the No. 2 spot in the standings every day since July 16, but their grip on that spot is in danger of slipping. New York is fending off Atlanta – both are 20-11 to open the week – via the head-to-head tiebreaker, while Phoenix is only a game back. After sweeping a home-and-home with the Wings, the Liberty fell to the Lynx at home in the second of four Finals rematches in a three-week span. Their next chance is Saturday in Minnesota, but the Liberty will still be without Breanna Stewart, who is targeting a return from a knee injury by the end of August.
4. Phoenix Mercury (19-12)

Sunday’s loss to Atlanta snapped a three-game win streak for Phoenix. In the game, the Mercury shot just 6-of-23 from 3-point range (they are 8-10 when hitting fewer than 10 3s, and 11-2 when making 10 or more) and scored just 66 points (they are 4-9 when scoring under 80, 13-5 when they score 80+). Already a top-tier defense (Phoenix’s 98.8 defensive rating ranks second in the W), finding consistency on offense will be key for the Mercury down the stretch.

Unfortunately, Indiana’s run of losing guards to injury continues as both Sydney Colson (ACL) and Aari McDonald (broken foot) have been ruled out for the season – along with the ongoing absence of Caitlin Clark. Indy signed veteran guard Odyssey Sims to a hardship contract to help fill the void.
7. Los Angeles Sparks (15-16)

The busiest team in the league last week, the Sparks went 3-1 to improve to 9-2 over their last 11 games following their 6-14 start to the season through 20 games. During this 11-game stretch, the Sparks have been led by former Vegas teammates Kelsey Plum (19.5 ppg, 6.5 apg, 2.5 3pm) and Dearica Hamby (19.2 ppg, 8.1 rpg, 62.6% FG). Meanwhile, Cameron Brink has made an impact in her first six games back from last year&#8217;s torn ACL, averaging 7.0 points, 2.2 blocks and 46.7% 3P% in limited minutes (14.2 mpg).
8. Golden State Valkyries (15-15)

Saturday’s win over the Sparks helped the Valkyries avoid a three-game skid and get back to .500 ball in their inaugural season. Golden State is set to be the busiest team this week with four games on the schedule – including the first three against opponents under .500 as the Valkyries attempt to gain some separation in the jam-packed middle of the playoff race.
9. Seattle Storm (16-16)

So far, August has not been kind to the Storm, who have dropped their first five games of the month – all by four points or less. While the wins have not gone in Seattle’s favor, this month has been a breakout for rookie Dominique Malonga. The 6-6 center from France is averaging 14.4 ppg on 64.6% shooting with 7.8 rpg in just 22.3 minutes in August, while becoming the youngest player in WNBA history (19 years old) to post back-to-back 20+ point games.
10. Washington Mystics (14-17)

It was Washington’s first win since trading All-Star Brittney Sykes to the Storm in exchange for three-time WNBA champ Alysha Clark, young guard Zia Cooke and a 2026 first-round draft pick.

The only players with more are Cynthia Cooper (92), A&#8217;ja Wilson (37) and Candace Parker (32) – a trio of legends that each won multiple MVPs and championships.

With the WNBA trade deadline on Thursday, August 7 at 3 p.m. ET, now is the time for contending teams to bolster their rosters for the stretch run.
The deadline coincides with the season reaching 70% completion, meaning there will be less than a third of the schedule remaining for teams to secure their playoff position and ready their playoff rotations.
The league-leading Lynx were the first team to make a move on Sunday, acquiring guard/forward DiJonai Carrington – the 2024 Most Improved Player and All-Defensive First Team selection – from Dallas for former No. 2 overall pick Diamond Miller, an injured Karlie Samuelson and a 2027 second-round pick.
The Lynx already own the league’s top defense in terms of opponent points allowed (75.4 ppg), defensive rating (95.1) and opponent effective field goal percentage (46.8%). Now, they add a strong on-ball defender to the mix as they eye the top seed in the playoffs (they currently hold a 5.5-game lead) and pursue a record fifth WNBA title.

Sunday’s loss to the Aces snapped a three-game win streak for the Valkyries and was the only thing that kept them from leaping Las Vegas in these rankings. After a 3-1 week, the Valkyries are 14-14 on the season – putting them in contention for the best inaugural season by a WNBA expansion team ever. Only three teams have won more than 14 games – the 1999 Lynx and Miracle each went 15-17, while the 1998 Shock went 17-13. That Shock team is the only expansion team to finish above .500, which is in play for the Valkyries.

<h2>9. Los Angeles Sparks (12-15) ⬇️</h2>

The Sparks had their five-game win streak snapped by Las Vegas, but bounced back with a double-overtime win over the Storm in one of the top games of the season. Dearica Hamby hit the game-winning layup with 4.3 seconds left, but it was L.A.’s balance with four 20+ point scorers that shined in the win. Leading the way with 27 points was Rickea Jackson, who has had four 20+ point games during L.A.’s current hot streak. After going 6-14 in their first 20 games, the Sparks are 6-1 in their last seven.

After a 6-2 stretch lifted the Mystics over .500 prior to All-Star, Washington has gone 2-5 in its last seven games and – at No. 9 in the standings – is currently the first team on the outside looking in on the playoff picture. Something to watch down the stretch is how the Mystics fare in close games. They have played in a league-high seven games decided by three points or less, and are 3-4 in those games so far.

Now, they add another lottery pick to the roster in 2023 No. 2 pick Diamond Miller from Minnesota in the trade for DiJonai Carrington. The Sky have dropped eight straight games – their longest losing streak since dropping nine straight in 2012. Angel Reese (back) has missed five of Chicago’s last seven games as the Sky are now 0-5 without her on the season and 1-10 without her for her career. Chicago will look to end the slide this week with home games against the Mystics and Dream before heading to Indiana on Saturday to face the Fever.

2025 WNBA Power Rankings: Week 9

With All-Star in the rearview, it is full speed ahead as the Playoff push begins.
Only 45 days remain in the regular season, which means every winning streak, every shooting slump, every missed game takes on added importance as the days tick down toward the regular-season finale on Sept. 11.
With the calendar flipping to August this week – and the trade deadline just 10 days away – here’s a look at how the teams stack up entering the home stretch.
1. Minnesota Lynx (22-5)
Last Week: 1 ↔️
This Week: Wed. vs. NYL, Sat. at LVA
It took 15 tries, but a team finally beat the Lynx in Minnesota this season. Sunday’s 90-86 loss to Atlanta snapped Minnesota’s franchise-record 14-game home win streak.
The Lynx became the fourth team to open a season with 14+ home wins, joining the 2001 Sparks (16-0) 2010 Storm (17-0) and 2023 Aces (16-0), who all went on to win the championship that same season.
The next team to test the Lynx at home? The defending champion Liberty, who visit Minnesota on Wednesday (8 ET, ESPN).
2. New York Liberty (17-7)
Last Week: 3 ⬆️
In addition to welcoming Kia Skills champion Natasha Cloud and two-time Starry 3-point champ Sabrina Ionescu back from the All-Star break, the Liberty also saw reigning Finals MVP Jonquel Jones return to the court after a monthlong absence (ankle).
New York is 10-2 with Jones in the lineup, but that record will be tested as the Liberty open a four-game road trip tonight in Dallas without Breanna Stewart, who suffered a lower leg injury early in Saturday’s loss to Los Angeles. Stewart is expected to accompany the team on the trip as they continue to monitor her progress.
The Liberty are the busiest team this week with four games on their plate, highlighted by the Finals rematch with Minnesota on Wednesday.
3. Atlanta Dream (15-10)

After falling to Las Vegas in their first game since All-Star,  the Dream knocked off two of the top three teams in the standings to close out the week – defeating the Mercury for the second time in three meetings this season before handing the Lynx their first loss at Target Center this season.
Keep an eye on Brittney Griner, who dropped a season-high 22 points in Sunday’s win over the Lynx. 
4. Phoenix Mercury (16-9)
Last Week: 2 ⬇️
This Week: Wed. at IND, Fri. at ATL, Sun. at CHI
Sunday’s win over the Mystics snapped a season-long three-game losing streak for the Mercury. But double-digit losses to the two teams directly ahead of them in the rankings – Atlanta and New York – drop the Mercury to fourth.
In the win on Sunday, Alyssa Thomas put up numbers (27 pts, 11 reb, 8 ast) only matched by four other players in WNBA history. AT’s season numbers (15.7 ppg, 8.0 rpg. 9.4 apg) have been matched or topped by no player in league history. She is simply a class of one.
5. Seattle Storm (15-11)
Last Week: 4 ⬇️
This Week: Mon. at CON, Fri. vs. LAS, Sun. vs. IND
The Storm are 1-2 coming out of All-Star. In the two losses, Seattle was held to 63 and 58 points, respectively. Sunday’s 58-point total marked the third time the Storm have scored fewer than 60 points this season, and both their offensive rating and scoring average rank ninth in the league – the lowest among all teams playing above .500 ball.
6. Indiana Fever (14-12)
Last Week: 5 ⬇️
This Week: Wed. vs. PHX, Fri. at DAL, Sun. at SEA
Kelsey Mitchell dropped a season-high 35 points with seven 3s to lead the Fever past the Sky to close out a 2-1 week for Indiana. With the win, the Fever improved to 6-7 without Caitlin Clark in the lineup this season (they’re 8-5 when she plays).
On Thursday (July 24), the Fever released an update on Clark, saying there was no set timetable for her return as she continues to recover from a groin injury that has kept her out since July 15.
7. Las Vegas Aces (13-13)
Last Week: 8 ⬆️
This Week: Tue. at LAS, Sat., vs. MIN, Sun. vs. GSV
No team was busier coming out of the break than the Aces, who split four games this past week to remain at .500 ball for the season so far. In Sunday’s win over the Wings, it was Jackie Young (24 pts, 8 ast, 5 3pm) and Jewell Loyd (20 pts, 4 3pm) that combined for 44 points and nine 3s to lead Aces.
With A’ja Wilson leading the WNBA in usage rate (30.2%), getting big nights from players like Young and Loyd eases some of the burden that the three-time MVP brings to the court every night. 
8. Los Angeles Sparks (11-14)

The Sparks are the hottest team in the league at this very moment – making a four-spot  rise in this week’s rankings thanks to a five-game win streak that was capped by Rickea Jackson’s game-winning layup at the buzzer.
Jackson finished with 22 points – her third game with 22+ points in the past four contests — as the sophomore forward is one of four Sparks averaging 17+ points during their longest win streak since Aug. 2023: Dearica Hamby &amp; Kelsey Plum (20.8 ppg), Jackson (18.2 ppg) and Azurá Stevens (17.0 ppg).
Can L.A. keep its streak alive when they host the Aces Tuesday and visit the Storm on Friday?
9. Washington Mystics (12-13)

After winning three straight games prior to All-Star – all decided in clutch time by five points or less – the Mystics have dropped three of their last four contests to fall back below .500 on the season.
The Mystics are 8-5 at home this season and have two more home games this week – Sky on Tuesday and Valkyries on Thursday – as they try to get back on track before hitting the road for four straight. The Mystics are just 4-8 outside of Washington this season
10. Golden State Valkyries (11-13)
Last Week: 9 ⬇️
This Week: Tue. at ATL, Thur. at WAS, Fri. at CHI, Sun. at LVA
On Friday, the Valkyries used a big second half to rally past the Wings for their 11th win of the season. However, they also announced a key loss on that same day – All-Star Kayla Thornton will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a knee injury in practice that required surgery.
Two days later, the Valkyries struggled to score in a loss to the Sun, scoring just 64 points (their second lowest output of the season) in the first game of a five-game road trip that the squad will close out this week.
11. Chicago Sky (7-18)
Last Week: 10 ⬇️
This Week: Tue. at WAS, Fri. vs. GSV, Sun. vs. PHX
After defeating the Lynx on July 12 behind a pair of double-doubles from Angel Reese and Kamilla Cardoso, the Sky have not won since. Chicago has dropped five straight games by an average of 25.2 points per game.
In order to turn things around, Chicago must find its offense. The Sky rank 12th in scoring on the season (76.8 ppg), but have averaged nearly 11 fewer points during this losing streak (66.0 ppg). 
12. Dallas Wings (7-19)

This Week: Mon. vs. NYL, Wed. vs. ATL, Fri. vs. IND
Dallas opened its post All-Star schedule with a 24-point over the Storm in Seattle, but was unable to carry that momentum through the remainder of the week – falling to Golden State and Las Vegas.
The Wings have lost six of their last seven games, but have five of their next six contests at home, beginning tonight with the Stewie-less Liberty. It’s the first of three matchups with New York in the span of 11 days.
13. Connecticut Sun (4-20)
Last Week: 13 ↔️
This Week: Mon. vs. SEA, Fri. vs. NYL, Sun. vs. NYL
The Sun didn’t just snap a four-game losing streak with their 95-64 win over the Valkyries on Sunday, they posted their largest win of the season in terms of point differential (+31). It was the 15th win by 30+ points in franchise history.
This week, the Sun continue their season-long six-game homestand by welcoming the Storm (15-11) and Liberty twice (17-7) to Mohegan Sun – two teams that are well above .500. So far this season, Connecticut is 2-11 against winning teams.

Welcome to All-Star week!
In addition to this weekend’s festivities being a celebration of the game and its brightest stars, All-Star gives us a chance to reflect on the season thus far.
With each team set to reach or pass the midway point of the season (22 games) this week, let’s take a look at how the teams stack up against one another and see how they compare to the <a href="https://www.wnba.com/news/2025-power-rankings-preseason">preseason expectations</a>
When we see the disparities from the preseason until the midway point, just remember there’s a whole other half of the season that can continue to shake up these races post All-Star.
1. Minnesota Lynx (18-4)
Last Week: 1 ↔️
This Week: Mon. at CHI, Wed. vs. PHX
With losses at Phoenix and Chicago, the Lynx have dropped two games in a three-game span for the first time this season. After a rematch with the Sky in Chicago this tonight, the Lynx play their next five games at home, where they are a perfect 11-0 this season.
2. Phoenix Mercury (14-6)
Last Week: 2 ↔️
This Week: Mon. at GSV, Wed. at MIN
After dropping two straight games for the first time all season, Phoenix bounced back with consecutive home wins over Dallas and Minnesota this past week – the latter of which featured the return of longtime Mercury DeWana Boner. The Mercury own the second-best road record this season (5-3), which will be put to the test with seven of their next eight games outside of Phoenix.
3. New York Liberty (14-6)

When reigning Finals MVP Jonquel Jones went down with an ankle injury on June 19, the Liberty lost that game and three of the next four that followed. Since then, they’ve rebounded, winning three of four, including victories over Las Vegas and Atlanta this past week. Can they keep it going against Indy to close out the pre All-Star schedule?
4. Seattle Storm (13-9)
Last Week: 3 ⬇️
This Week: Wed. vs. GSV
Since a run of six wins in seven games, the Storm have gone just 4-4 in their last eight, including a 1-2 mark this week. Seattle split a home-and-home with Connecticut before falling to Washington on Sunday, allowing the Mystics to overcome a 10-point 4th-quarter deficit.
5. Indiana Fever (11-10)

This Week: Tue. at CON, Wed. at NYL
After falling to Golden State in Caitlin Clark’s first game back from a five-game absence (groin injury), Indiana – and particularly its offense – got back on track. The Fever posted back-to-back games with 99 and 102 points – two of their three highest-scoring games of the season – with their floor general back in the mix.
6. Atlanta Dream (12-9)

The Dream opened the week with a home win against Golden State before dropping consecutive road games to Indiana and New York. Overall, Atlanta has lost five of its last seven games, with only one game – Wed, at Charlotte — remaining before All-Star, which will see Allisha Gray and Rhyne Howard head to Indy
7. Washington Mystics (11-10)

After a pair of single-digit road losses to the Liberty and Mystics, the Aces eked out a home win over the Valkyries behind another historic performance from A’ja Wilson. The three-time MVP finished with 34 points, 16 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 blocks and 0 turnovers. How many players have put together such a game in WNBA history? Just A’ja
9. Golden State Valkyries (10-10)

This Week: Mon. vs. PHX, Wed. at SEA
The Valkyries enter this week having lost three of their last four games, with all three losses coming against teams above them in this week’s rankings. Golden State has already reached double-digit wins – something an expansion team has not done in its inaugural season in the 2000s.
10. Chicago Sky (7-13)

11. Los Angeles Sparks (7-14)

The Sparks have won two of their last three games – at Indiana and home against Connecticut – with Kelsey Plum and Azurá Stevens both scoring 20+ in both wins. L.A. is one win shy of matching last season’s total (8-32). Can they get it in their final game before the All-Star break on Sunday against the Mystics?
12. Dallas Wings (6-16)

The first half of Dallas&#8217; season has been a roller coaster. It began with a 1-11 start to the season, followed by a stretch of winning five times in a seven-game span. However, since that winning burst, the Wings have dropped three straight and all by double digits. On the bright side, rookie Paige Bueckers will represent the Wings at this week&#8217;s All-Star.
13. Connecticut Sun (3-18)

This Week: Tue vs. IND
Despite this week’s win over Seattle as the team split a home-and-home set, the Sun have dropped 12 of their last 13 games. Since joining the league in 1999 as the Orlando Miracle (and relocating to Connecticut as the Sun in 2003), this franchise has reached 10+ wins each season. Can the Sun rally in the second half of the season to extend that streak to 27 straight seasons?

2025 WNBA Power Rankings: Week 7 - Part Two

With the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game being played at a first-time host city, it makes sense that this year’s game also features some first-timers.
Of the 22 players that will head to Indianapolis next weekend, five will be making their All-Star debut, including a trio of rookies to add some new flavor to the festivities.
By comparison, last year’s All-Star had only two first-timers – and both were also rookies in Indy’s Caitlin Clark and Chicago’s Angel Reese – who will both be back at All-Star this year.
Following in their footsteps are three of the top four picks in this year’s draft – Dallas’ Paige Bueckers (No. 1 overall) as a starter, while Washington’s Sofia Citron (No. 3) and Kiki Iriafen (No. 4) are part of the reserve pool that was announced on Sunday.

It marks only the fifth time in WNBA history – and the first time since 2011 – that at least three rookies have been selected as All-Stars. The company they join is pretty impressive:

With Sunday&#8217;s win over Chicago, the Lynx set a franchise record with their 11th consecutive home win. They also improved to 17-2 on the season, putting them in an exclusive club of teams that had the best starts in WNBA history.

In their only game of the past week, the Mercury lost to the Wings on Thursday despite Kahleah Copper’s season-high 33 points – dropping consecutive games for the first time all season.
Phoenix will look to avenge that loss – and avoid a three-game losing streak – when the Wings visit the Mercury (10 ET, League Pass). The Mercury rose up the standings and the power rankings during their six-game win streak that preceded these losses. Can they get back on track this week?

From May 27-June 1, the Storm dropped three straight games to fall to 3-4 on the season. Since then, they have gone 9-3 in their last 12 games, including wins over Atlanta (on a Skylar Diggins game-winner) and New York – two of the teams they leap in this week’s power rankings.
The Storm are one of two teams – along with the host Fever – to have three All-Stars headed to Indianapolis next weekend. Nneka Ogwumike was named a starter last week, with Diggins and Gabby Williams named as reserves on Sunday.

<h2>4. Atlanta Dream (11-7) ⬇️</h2>

Thursday&#8217;s game between the Dream and Storm was a back-and-forth affair that saw neither team lead by more than seven points, nine ties and 25 lead changes. The Dream needed to keep it at 24 lead changes as Seattle’s Skylar Diggins hit the game-winning driving layup to send the Dream to their third loss in the last four games.
Atlanta is now 4-5 on the season in games against opponents .500 or better – tied with Dallas for the sixth-best win percentage in such games and the lowest mark of the five teams with double-digit wins on the season so far.

<h2>5. New York Liberty (12-6) ⬇️</h2>

The Liberty opened the week with a win over the Sparks behind a combined 43 points from the starting backcourt of Sabrina Ionescu and Natasha Cloud and a double-double (17 pts, 14 reb) from Breanna Stewart. The win helped NY avoid its first three-game losing streak since July 2022.
However, the Liberty were unable to stack wins as they fell to the Storm on Sunday in a game that saw Stewart held to a season-low eight points – only the 11th career game in single digits. The Liberty will look to bounce back this week, beginning with a clash of the past two champions when NY hosts Las Vegas.

<h2>6. Golden State Valkyries (9-8) ⬇️</h2>

Despite their loss to the Lynx in their only game of the past week, the Valkyries have won seven of their last 10 games and earned a major win on Sunday – securing their first All-Star selection.
Kayla Thornton is one of five first-time All-Stars headed to Indianapolis next weekend and she’ll be the first to ever represent the Valkyries. The last expansion team to have an All-Star in its inaugural season was the Chicago Sky in 2006, when Candice Dupree was named as an injury replacement in the East.

The Fever opened the week by winning the 2025 Commissioner’s Cup while becoming the only team to beat the Lynx in Minnesota all season. And they did it by 15 points. And they did it without Caitlin Clark, who has now missed the past five games with a groin injury.
Indiana followed the Cup championship with a dominant win over Las Vegas to snap a 16-game losing streak to the Aces. Defense was the key in both wins – holding the Lynx and Aces under 60 points in consecutive games.
However, Indiana was unable to complete the perfect week as the Sparks rallied past the Fever down the stretch on Saturday, dropping Indiana to 3-7 in games featuring clutch time this season.

Las Vegas coach Becky Hammon did not mince her words when speaking to the media after the Aces’ 81-54 loss to the Fever on Thursday. The 27-point loss matched the Aces’ largest of the season and the 54 points marked the team&#8217;s lowest total since arriving in Vegas in 2018.
Three days after having their effort called out by their coach, the Aces responded with an 18-point win over the Sun in a game that saw Vegas shoot a season-best 54% to get the squad back to .500 through 18 games.
The Aces will be tested this week with matchups against the defending champion Liberty, the Mystics and the Valkyries.

<h2>9. Washington Mystics (8-10) ↔️</h2>

The Mystics were in the unenviable position of facing the Lynx in Minnesota’s first game after losing the Commissioner’s Cup championship. The Lynx raced past the Mystics in the middle two quarters – winning each 27-14 – to hand Washington the loss in its only game of the week.
However, the Mystics got some positive news on Sunday, learning that rookies Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen were named as reserves for the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game. It marked only the second time in league history – and the first since 1999 – that rookie teammates were selected as All-Stars.

Speaking of rookies, the Wings started four first-year players against the Mercury last Thursday and secured the win behind a combined 51 points from Aziaha James (28 pts, 6 reb, 6 ast) and Paige Bueckers (23 pts, 5 ast, 4 reb).
It was the Wings’ fifth win in the last seven games as they continue to leave their 1-11 start to the season in the rearview mirror. This week, they’ll look to stay hot on a three-game road trip, beginning tonight with a rematch with the Mercury.

<h2>11. Chicago Sky (5-12)</h2>

This Week: Tue. at WAS, Wed. vs. DAL, Sat. vs. MIN
Seeking their first consecutive wins since the end of May, the Sky jumped out to a 14-point lead over the Lynx, winning the opening quarter 24-10. However, Minnesota answered with a 28-13 second quarter and outscored Chicago 70-51 the rest of the way.
Despite Rachel Banham’s season-high 20 points and six 3s, along with All-Star reserve Angel Reese’s 11th double-double (16 pts, 17 reb, 6 ast) of the season, the Sky lost for the fifth time in their last seven games.
This week, Chicago begins with a back-to-back against the Mystics and Wings before a rematch with the Lynx to close the week on Saturday.

<h2>12. Los Angeles Sparks (6-13)</h2>

This Week: Thur. vs MIN, Sun. vs. CON
The Sparks have won just two of their last eight games dating back to June 14 – both of which came on the road against the Indiana Fever. 
On Saturday, the Sparks got a combined 41 points from Azurá Stevens and All-Star reserve Kelsey Plum along with seven clutch time points from Rickea Jackson – including the go-ahead bucket with 54 seconds left.
However, the Sparks don’t face the Fever again until Aug. 7, so they’ll need to find wins against other teams if they hope to climb the standings. It begins this week with games against the Lynx and Sun.

<h2>13. Connecticut Sun (2-16) ↔️</h2>

With their loss to the Aces on Sunday, Connecticut extended its franchise-record losing streak to 10 straight games. 
Aneesah Morrow (12), Tina Charles (11) and Saniya Rivers (10) combined for 33 points in the defeat, while Marina Mabrey missed her fifth straight game with a knee injury.
The schedule doesn’t let up for the 2-16 Sun as they have a home-and-home with 12-7 Seattle to open the week before visiting the Sparks in LA to close the week.

2025 WNBA Power Rankings: Week 7 - Part One

Indiana’s Caitlin Clark and Minnesota’s Napheesa Collier are about to have a busy few weeks.
On Sunday, Clark (1,293,526 votes) and Collier (1,176,020) were <a href="https://www.wnba.com/news/2025-att-wnba-all-star-game-team-captains">named captains</a> for the 2025 AT&amp;T WNBA All-Star Game by receiving the most fan votes among the All-Star starters.
On Monday, they’ll learn who the remaining starters in the All-Star player pool as the eight remaining starters – compiled by fan vote, media vote and player vote – are unveiled (7 ET, ESPN) 
On Tuesday, Clark and Collier will lead their respective teams – the Fever and Lynx – into the <a href="https://www.wnba.com/commissioners-cup/2025">Commissioner&#8217;s Cup</a> championship game (8 ET, Amazon Prime Video). 
Clark, who has missed Indiana’s past two games (groin) practiced on Sunday and is listed as day-to-day. Meanwhile, Collier returned from a two-game absence (back) and hasn&#8217;t missed a beat – averaging 24.5 pts, 8.0 reb, 4.0 ast, 1.5 stl, 1.5 blk in her first two games back. 
The Lynx (four games) and Fever (three games) have the two busiest schedules in the league this week – including the Commissioner’s Cup championship game.
On Sunday, July 6, the 12 reserves will be revealed across WNBA social and digital platforms (12 ET) – giving Collier and Clark two days to decide how they want to shape their All-Star teams.
On Tuesday, July 8, the captains will select their teams – beginning with the eight remaining starters, then the 12 reserves – with the results broadcast on ESPN’s WNBA Countdown (7 ET).

The wins boosted Minnesota’s point differential to +11.2 for the season – a mark that puts the Lynx on track to join some elite company. Only six teams in WNBA history have posted a double-digit point differential – and all six went on to win the title that season.

Phoenix opened the week in record setting fashion. After hitting 17 3-pointers in their win over Chicago on June 21, the Mercury splashed 18 triples in their win over New York on Friday. Their 35 combined 3s are the most ever in a two-game span in WNBA history.
However, the Mercury saw their six-game win streak snapped on Sunday against Las Vegas in a back-and-forth contest – 17 lead changes, 10 ties – that Phoenix coach Nate Tibbetts called a “playoff basketball game” after the three-point loss.

<h2>3. Atlanta Dream (11-6) ⬆️</h2>

After suffering their first back-to-back losses of the season &#8212; a road loss in Dallas, an overtime loss to Minnesota – the Dream avoided a three-game slide with a 90-81 win over New York on Sunday.
However, the Dream lost Rhyne Howard – second-leading scorer (16.8 ppg) and top playmaker (4.7 apg) – in the third quarter with an upper body injury that had her in a sling when she returned to the bench for the remainder of the game. No further details have been announced about her status.

The Liberty have dropped four of their last five games – a run that began with their first home loss of the season on June 19, the same game that New York lost Jonquel Jones to an ankle injury that is expected to keep the reigning Finals MVP out 4-6 weeks.
While Jones remains out, the Liberty should get another starter back soon as Leonie Fiebich returns from representing Germany in Eurobasket. Having wrapped up play on Sunday, will she be ready for NY’s next game on Thursday against Los Angeles?

After opening the week with a rare home loss (Golden State is 7-3 at Ballhalla) to New York in a tight game down the stretch, the Valkyries bounced back with wins over the Sun and Storm to close out the week at two games above .500.
With their nine victories so far, the Valkyries have passed or tied every expansion team from this century in total wins in their inaugural season. Their .563 win percentage is on pace to challenge for the best debut season by an expansion team in league history.

The Storm came into Sunday’s game at Golden State as the league’s top shooting team (47.0%). They left ranked fourth (45.7%) after shooting a season-low 27% as a team for their second loss in the past three games. 
For the season, Seattle is shooting league-high 49.3 at home and just 41.6% on the road. That 7.7 percentage point difference is the largest in the league and nearly twice that of any other team. With their next three games on the road, the Storm will need to find their shot to avoid a further drop.

<h2>7. Las Vegas Aces (8-8) ↔️</h2>

Here’s the list of players that have had at least 26 points, 18 rebounds and 7 assists in a WNBA game: A’ja Wilson on Sunday at Phoenix. End of list.
The three-time MVP hit the go-ahead bucket with 22 seconds left to help Las Vegas finish off a 2-1 week and get back to .500 on the season. 
That was the first game of a season-long five game road trip that sees stops this week in Indiana and Connecticut – two teams the Aces just beat at home during their current run of three wins in four games.

<h2>8. Indiana Fever (8-8) ↔️</h2>

A pair of eight-point wins – both with the exact same score of 94-86 – helped the Fever improve to 8-8 on the season. Indy is now 3-4 without Clark this season, with the All-Star captain working her way back for a potential return for Tuesday’s Commissioner’s Cup championship.
Kelsey Mitchell dropped a season-high 32 points in Indy’s win over Dallas on Friday for her fourth-straight game with 20+ points – which is second only to A’ja Wilson (5) for the longest active streak in the league.

<h2>9. Washington Mystics (8-9) ↔️</h2>

Washington opened the week by handing Minnesota only its second loss of the season before snapping a five-game losing streak to Las Vegas. However, the Mystics were unable to complete the perfect week as they fell to Dallas on Saturday.
In what looked to be a clash of the top three rookie scorers – Dallas’ Paige Bueckers and Washington’s Sofia Citron and Kiki Iriafen – it was Dallas’ other two rookies (JJ Quinerly and Aziaha James) that shined in Bueckers’ absence. 
Next up, the Mystics will run it back with the Lynx – with a healthy Collier this time around – in Washington’s only game of the week.

In addition to becoming the first player in WNBA history with four consecutive games with 15+ rebounds, Angel Reese dropped a season-high 24 points in Sunday’s win over the Sparks in L.A. on Candace Parker jersey retirement night.
It was fitting that Parker and former teammate Lisa Leslie were in the building as they are two of the five players in league history with 25+ double-doubles in their first 50 career games. 
The list: Leslie (25), Parker (26), Natalie Williams (27), Tina Charles (32) and Reese, who posted her 36th double-double in her 50th career game on Sunday.

Despite the loss to the Sky on Sunday, it was a day of celebration in L.A. as the Sparks retired Candace Parker’s No. 3 jersey – joining Lisa Leslie and Penny Toler in the Crypto.com Arena rafters alongside the Sparks’ three championship banners (2001, 2002, 2016), the latter of which Parker helped deliver.
Sunday’s loss was the fifth in the last six games for the Sparks, who visit the Liberty and Fever this week to try to get their season back on track.

The Sun have a week between games as they host the Aces again on Sunday, but remain without leading scorer Marina Mabrey. The Sun announced on June 24 that she will be out 2-4 weeks with a knee injury.
