Although Siegrist's playing time dropped during Thursday's comfortable win in the regular-season finale, she still managed to record a 12th consecutive double-digit scoring total to close out the year. Siegrist dealt with a knee injury in 2025 that forced her to miss 18 games, but she took a step forward when healthy, averaging 12.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.0 made three-pointers, 0.8 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.6 blocks in 27.0 minutes per game. She's entering the final year of her rookie contract in 2026, and it wouldn't be surprising to see her continue to carve out a larger role for the Wings.

Siegrist has been on a heater for the Wings as she continues to soak up extra usage with so many injuries on the roster. Over her last five appearances, she's averaged 15.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.

Siegrist matched a career high in the scoring column while leading her team in that category. She has scored 22 or more points three times during the 2025 campaign, with all three performances occurring in August. Siegrist should continue to handle a leading role for the shorthanded Wings, as it's unclear if Arike Ogunbowale (knee) will suit up again this season.

Siegrist has been one of the few consistent offensive weapons for Dallas throughout the season, and she's expected to embrace a bigger role when players such as Arike Ogunbowale (knee) and Paige Bueckers (illness) are out. Despite the Wings' overall struggles, it's safe to say Siegrist has delivered. Since returning to the starting five Aug. 12, Siegrist has scored in double digits in each of her last seven outings, averaging 16.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest.

The fact that Siegrist led the way in scoring for the Wings with 12 points tells you all you need to know about Dallas' poor offensive performance in this game. Siegrist has been one of the few consistent players on offense for the Wings. This was her fifth straight contest with at least 12 points, which is quite an achievement given all the offensive struggles the team has had throughout the campaign.
