2023 (SEATTLE): Appeared in 36 games making 17 starts during her rookie campaign in Seattle, averaging 6.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.6 blocks per game…ranked among 2nd among WNBA rookies in steals (1.2 spg) and blocks (0.6 bpg), 3rd in scoring (6.9 ppg), rebounds (5.1 rpg), and 4th in minutes (22.4 mpg)&#8230;one of 13 players in WNBA history to average 6.9+ points, 5.1+ rebounds, 1.6+ assists, 1.2+ steals, and 0.6+ blocks through first 36 career games (only one with 17 or fewer starts) and only the seventh since 2000…recorded first WNBA double-double with 13 points and season-high 14 rebounds at Phoenix (6/13)…scored in double-figures in four-straight games (6/6 &#8211; 6/13), tied for longest streak by Storm rookie since 2016&#8230;second Storm rookie with at least five games of 10+ rebounds…made 1st WNBA start on June 11 vs Washington, finishing with 10 points, five rebounds, two blocks…poured in season-high 23 points on 8-of-16 shooting including 3-of-4 from three-point range while adding 10 rebounds, three steals and two assists at Atlanta (July 12).
 
College: Just the second University of Tennessee Lady Vol to finish her career with 1,000+ points, 700+ rebounds, and 400+ assists, tallying 1,445 points, 731 rebounds, 455 assists over four seasons in Knoxville…ranks No. 1 among all true guards at Tennessee with 21 career double-doubles, including eight in 2022-23, and finished seventh in school history in both career assists (455) and career assists per game average (3.99)…in 2022-23, Horston was second on the team in scoring average at 15.6 ppg and first in rebounds (7.1), assists (3.3), steals (1.6) and blocks (1.1). She also shot a career-best 43.8% from the field and 73.9% from the free throw line while tallying career highs in blocks (38) and steals (55). She joins fellow UT alum Mercedes Russell on the Storm roster and is the Storm’s third first-round pick from Tennessee (Semeka Randall, 2001, Shekinna Stricklen, 2012).
