- 2014-15: In her junior years, Conde made her debut with the senior team in the Spanish second-tier league, averaging 15.8 PPG and 6.7 RPG.
- 2017: Conde returned to Spain to play for Spar CityLift Girona in the Spanish first-tier league and Europe’s second-tier EuroCup.
- 2018-19: Conde signed for Polish team Wisła Can-Pack Kraków for the 2018-19 season.
- 2019: Conde was selected in the third round of the WNBA draft by the Chicago Sky on April 10, 2019.
