The 27-year-old forward spent the 2021 season with the Storm before playing with the Aces in 2022 and missing the 2023 campaign due to her pregnancy. The veteran averaged 4.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game last season, shooting 34.9 percent from the field and 33.0 percent from beyond the arc.

Samuelson spent the 2021 campaign in Seattle, averaging 7.0 points and 3.5 rebounds in 21.0 minutes per game over 27 regular-season appearances (24 starts). She signed a two-year, $355,000 contract with the Fever ahead of the 2024 campaign but mutually parted ways with the club last week. The 27-year-old averaged just 4.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in 18.2 minutes per game over 37 appearances (15 starts) with Indiana and will attempt to bounce back in 2025. Samuelson could be in the mix for a starting role this year, but she'll likely have to compete with Erica Wheeler and Alysha Clark for playing time.

Samuelson had one year left on her deal with the Fever, but she was coming off a difficult 2024 campaign with averages of 4.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 18.2 minutes per game over 37 regular-season appearances. She should draw plenty of interest as a free agent.
