Lindsay Whalen Joins Timberwolves' Broadcast Booth

On Wednesday night, three-time champion Lynx point guard Lindsay Whalen traded in her jersey and sneakers for a headset, joining the Fox Sports North broadcast of the Timberwolves’ game against the Clippers.
Whalen, of course, is Minnesota basketball royalty, having starred at Hutchinson High School and with the University of Minnesota. She was back working alongside Lynx assistant coach Jim Petersen, the Wolves’ television analyst and himself a former Minnesota Golden Gopher.
Recap Whalen’s night debuting on the mic:
Tonight the intelligence and insight I have gained from watching hours of Wolves hoops in my basement will finally be unleashed on FSN!!
