What is WNBA League Pass?

WNBA League Pass is the league’s subscription service to watch live and on-demand WNBA games. Fans can choose from an Annual (billed every 365 days) or Monthly billing option when subscribing. Available games may vary by country and within the local footprint of participating teams. Please see FAQ #6 below for additional details.

What features are offered by WNBA League Pass?

WNBA League Pass includes the following features:

  1. Every out-of-market game live (certain national exclusions and local blackouts apply in the US and Canada)
  2. Full length replays of every game the next day
  3. Hundreds of classic games from previous seasons
  4. Enhanced video controls
  5. Multi-game viewing on web
  6. Select Home and Away game feeds
  7. Ability to stream on up to 3 devices at once
  8. Live stat overlays on Connected TV devices

How do I sign up for WNBA League Pass?

In addition to purchasing through our website here, you can also purchase a WNBA League Pass subscription directly in the WNBA app on iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones, Android Tablets, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, and Apple TV. To purchase through these devices, you must first download the WNBA app.

WNBA League Pass is also available for purchase in select markets through Amazon Prime Subscriptions.

I am a student, do you offer any student discounts?

If you are a college/university undergraduate or graduate student, we offer a 40% discount on the WNBA League Pass Annual subscription in select markets. At this time, the student discount is available in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, and the United States. What devices can I watch WNBA League Pass on?

Fans who sign up for WNBA League Pass through Amazon Prime Subscriptions can only watch WNBA League Pass content on Amazon Prime platforms.

What games are not available LIVE within WNBA League Pass in my area?

In the US, games that are nationally televised on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, CBS, CBS Sports Network, Amazon Prime Video, NBATV, NBC, Peacock and USA Network are not available live on WNBA League Pass. Nationally televised games will be available to watch on WNBA League Pass at 6AM ET the day after the game.

Games that are locally televised by a regional network, broadcast station, or streaming partner in your area are not available to watch live on WNBA League Pass and will be available to watch as a replay after the conclusion of the game. Use the ‘Where Can I Watch’ module above to see which teams are not available to watch in your area.

In Canada, select games that are nationally televised are not available live on WNBA League Pass.

Can I cancel my WNBA League Pass Subscription?

Subscribers can cancel their WNBA League Pass subscription at any time prior to their next billing date, which may be monthly or annual. Fans can do so by visiting their account if they purchased their subscription on WNBA.com, or through their device’s app store if they purchased through an in-app purchase.

Fans who purchased on Amazon Prime Subscriptions will need to reach out to Amazon for any guidelines around cancellation.
