Listed at 6-foot-1 with a 6-foot-5 wingspan, Kennedy Burke enters the WNBA with the Indiana Fever after four years at UCLA…she helped guide the Bruins to four straight NCAA Tournament appearances, reaching the Elite Eight in 2017-18…she was an All-Pac-12 honorable mention her last three seasons at UCLA.

 

COLLEGE

Burke scored 1,513 points in her UCLA career, averaging 11.0 per game…she added 237 steals, 123 blocks and 657 rebounds…she finished her career with a 100-39 overall record and 54-16 mark in conference play…she reached the NCAA Tournament all four years, advancing to the Elite Eight as a junior.

      2018-19: Burke started and played in 34 of a possible 35 games…she averaged 15.4 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists…she reached double-figures on 30 occasions with six 20-point performances…she recorded four double-doubles, including two straight to end her career…she scored a career-high 29 points on the road at Oregon, finishing 12-of-17 from the field and 2-of-3 from beyond the arc…she was named to the Pac-12 All-Defensive Team and was an all-conference honorable mention

      2017-18: Burke played in all 35 games, starting 34 of them…she averaged 10.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists…she opened the season with six straight double-digit performances and averaged 13.3 points in the NCAA Tournament…she was an all-conference honorable mention.

      2016-17: Burke saw action in all 34 games, making 29 starts…she averaged 12.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists…she set a new career-high with 23 points against Southern and USC…she was an all-conference honorable mention.

      2015-16: Burke appeared in all 35 games off the bench…she averaged 5.8 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.0 assists…she scored a season-high 16 points against No. 3 Notre Dame.

 

INTERNATIONAL

      2014: Burke was a member of the USA team at the 2014 U17 World Championships, winning a gold medal with a 7-0 record.

Kennedy Burke was born Feb. 14, 1997…she is the daughter of Rogelio and Janice Burke…her father  played college basketball at UC Riverside and professionally in Mexico…she was named to the Los Angeles Times and Los Angeles Daily News All-Area teams in 2014 and 2015 while attending Sierra Canyon High School…she led Sierra Canyon to state titles her last three seasons…she earned California player of the year honors as a junior and senior.
