- A big reason behind Beijing’s league-leading 14 wins has been the play of Sylvia Fowles. Fowles is averaging a double-double at 23.8 points and 11.6 rebounds for the season. The Great Wall went 2-0 in their two games last week.
- Swords has competed in the Eastern European Women’s Basketball League in addition to playing in Polish games.
