WNBA and WNBPA Execute Long-Form Collective Bargaining Agreement
NEW YORK, May 22, 2026 – The Women’s National Basketball Association and the Women’ National Basketball Players Association announced today that the final long form version of th new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) has been completed and signed, formally cementing the most transformational labor agreement in women’s professional sports.
The terms of the new CBA were previously ratified by WNBA Players on March 23, 2026, and the WNBA Board of Governors on March 24, 2026.
