The early-season dominance continued for the Lynx and Sparks over the weekend, as both teams improved their perfect records to 7-0.

#WNBATopPlays: Early Candidates for “Play of the Year”

Seattle witnessed two of the most exciting plays of the early season over the weekend, though the home team was on the wrong end of the second one.

First Jewell Loyd and Breanna Stewart showed why the Storm will be the team to watch for the next decade as the league’s top young duo paired up on an alley-oop during Friday’s win over the Mercury.

Then Kiah Stokes rejected Stewart’s drive to the basket during Seattle’s loss to the Liberty on Sunday with one of the most incredible blocks you will see in a WNBA game.
