The Lynx and Sparks were the two best teams all season long in the W. Ahead of their long-awaited meeting, take a look back at how these teams navigated the regular season.
Minnesota Lynx: From starting out 13-0, to sending four Olympians (and a coach) to Rio, to locking up the number one seed, this summer was smooth sailing for the Lynx.
Los Angeles Sparks: Like Minnesota, L.A. had a brilliant start, going 11-0 before matching the 1998 Houston Comets for the best start in WNBA history at 20-1. Not long after that they clinched the number two seed for the playoffs.
