Best Social Reactions to Rutgers Women’s Basketball Coach Stringer Wins 1000th Game

Rutgers University women’s basketball head coach Vivian Stringer made history on November 13th, earning her 1,000th career win as a coach. Stringer became the first ever African-American to achieve the record, and the sixth all-time NCAA D-I coach to hit the milestone.

Stringer has coached many current WNBA players including Cappie Pondexter, Essence Carson, Kia Vaughn, Epiphanny Prince and Erica Wheeler during their college hoops days.
