Followed that in 2016-17 by becoming 1 of 10 semifinalists for Lieberman award as top D-1 PG and All-Big 12 First Team.  Finished No. 2 in program history in career 3PFG%; No. 4 in apg … 2016-17: Had triple-double (24p, 12r, 10a) vs. Okla. 1/29, joining B. Griner as only Bears to log one … Duke/2013-14: All-ACC Second Team (Coaches); started 28 games before being sidelined by torn ACL suffered 2/23 (just weeks after teammate Chelsea Gray, now of LA Sparks, injured knee). Ranked 2nd in ACC in assts/game at time of injury. 2012-13: ACC Frosh of Year; ACC Trnmnt MVP. Immediate starter; moved to PG when Gray was hurt.

PREP: Starred at same school as WNBA’s O. Sims; Gatorade Texas POY, Miss Texas Bball as junior, senior; led school to 2011 state title as tourney MVP with title game triple-double. MISC: Mother, Carla, was track All-American at Angelo State; Texas A&M. Brother, Andrew, is a frosh on Texas’ men’s team.  Transferred to BU in part to be closer to Dallas-area home, so father, David, paralyzed from waist down in a 2007 car accident, could more easily see her play (David was driving Alexis, her brother and 3 other girls to practice when car slid on ice and flipped 3 times, ejecting Alexis).
