A native of Germany, Gulich bided time behind Ruth “The Canadian Hammer” Hamblin (Dallas Wings) at Oregon State and become star in own right as two-time All-Pac 12. Ranks 3rd in OSU history for blocks; 4th in FG%, 5th in total rebs. According to OSU coach Scott Rueck, Gulich followed the examples of the work ethic displayed by former teammates/WNBA draft picks Hamblin, J. Weisner (2016 draft), S. Wiese (2017), all of whom guided Beavers to 2016 Final Four ... 2017-18: In breakout season was All-America (Third Team – espnW; Hon. Mention – AP; WBCA); All-Pac 12.
