Brother, Andrew, is a frosh on Texas’ men’s team.  Transferred to BU in part to be closer to Dallas-area home, so father, David, paralyzed from waist down in a 2007 car accident, could more easily see her play (David was driving Alexis, her brother and 3 other girls to practice when car slid on ice and flipped 3 times, ejecting Alexis).
