Dish & Assist Hero Award Program Guidelines

1. ELIGIBILITY: Nominees must be legal residents of Connecticut and Massachusetts. Employees of WTIC-TV (Fox 61), CW20, Mohegan Basketball Club, LLC., the Connecticut Sun, the Women�s National Basketball Association and its member teams, and WNBA Enterprises, LLC and all their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and members of household of each of the above are not eligible to participate in the Program.

2. HOW TO NOMINATE A DISH AND ASSIST HERO: Individuals can nominate a member of their community to be a Dish & Assist Hero by (i) via internet by completing a nomination form on www.connecticutsun.com or Fox61.com, including your name, address and telephone number, the complete name, street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number of your nominee, and a short description in 150 words or less describing in your own words why your nominee is deserving of the Dish & Assist Hero Award (the description should include examples of the nominee�s level of commitment, as well as any lasting contributions, to the community); or (ii) submitting the information noted above via regular mail or fax, postage prepaid, to: Connecticut Sun, Community Relations/Dish & Assist Hero, 1 Mohegan Sun Blvd. Uncasville, CT 06382; Fax: 860.862.4010.

3. SELECTION PROCESS: One (1) Dish & Assist Hero will be selected for recognition at each Connecticut Sun home game. Starting Monday, April 30, 2007, the Connecticut Sun will be accepting nominations for the Dish & Assist Hero Award on an on-going basis throughout the year. Dish & Assist Heroes will be selected by Connecticut Sun staff, who will select the nominees from properly submitted nominations submitted, based upon the nominee�s apparent level of commitment, as well as any lasting contributions, to the community. Dish & Assist Heroes will be notified via mail and/or telephone. Each Dish & Assist Hero must respond to mail or voice-mail notification within 72 hours, or their award may be forfeited and an alternate Dish & Assist Hero will be selected from all remaining eligible nominations. Limit one award per person, entity or mailing address. Potential Dish & Assist Heroes (or parent/legal guardian if nominee is under 18 years of age) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and mutually acceptable Release of Liability 14 days prior to award or award may be forfeited and alternate Dish & Assist Hero selected. Failure to comply with these guidelines will cause the award to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Dish & Assist Hero. Awards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are allowed. If (i) any Dish & Assist Hero does not respond to award notification in the time-frame stated, (ii) the Dish & Assist Hero declines his or her award, (iii) the Dish & Assist Hero or his/her parent or legal guardian fails to return the liability release within the timeframe stated or (iv) the Dish & Assist Hero is unable to attend on the date specified, it will result in disqualification of such Dish & Assist Hero and an alternate Dish & Assist Hero may be selected by the Connecticut Sun, in its sole discretion. The Connecticut Sun will use reasonable efforts to pick an alternate Dish & Assist Hero but in the event an alternate Dish and Assist Hero cannot be determined, the award will go unawarded.

4. DESCRIPTION OF AWARD(S): Each Dish & Assist Hero will receive four (4) tickets to a Connecticut Sun home game, a commemorative plaque which will be presented at center court, photo opportunity with a Sun player, and their photo and story on the Connecticut Sun website (Approximate Retail Value: $200). Each Dish & Assist Hero is responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not listed as being included, including, without limitation, transportation, parking, food and beverage and other personal expenses. Acceptance of award constitutes permission, except where prohibited, to use each Dish & Assist Hero�s name, likeness, statements and story for publicity purposes without additional compensation.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor(s) are not responsible for nominations not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections, including Internet/Web-server/network/phone-line connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, computer or telephone hardware or software failures or malfunctions, or garbled or jumbled transmissions; or due to lost, late, stolen, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or misdirected mail or entries. Sponsor(s) reserve the right to terminate this Program and/or on-line entry if technical difficulties or other events compromise its integrity or intended use. Sponsor(s) reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Program. All nominations become the property of the Mohegan Basketball Club, LLC and the Connecticut Sun and will not be returned to the entrant.

7. PUBLICITY: Each Dish & Assist Hero acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, if legally permissible, WTIC-TV (Fox 61), CW20, the Connecticut Sun, the Women�s National Basketball Association and its member teams and WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates have the right to publicize the Dish & Assist Hero�s name, likeness, city of residence, and fact that he/she received an award, and all matters incidental thereto, without further compensation.

8. TAXES: All applicable local, state and federal taxes, if any, and any and all expenses not specified in these Guidelines are the sole responsibility of and will be paid for by each Dish & Assist Hero.

9. LIABILITY: By accepting an award, the Dish and Assist Hero agrees that neither the Connecticut Sun, WTIC-TV (Fox 61), CW20, the Women�s National Basketball Association and its member teams, and WNBA Enterprises, LLC, nor any of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates nor any of the agents, employees, directors, or officers of any of the above entities, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any award, or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in this Program or any award-related activity.

10. The decision of the Connecticut Sun will be final in all matters pertaining to the program. The Connecticut Sun reserves the right to correct any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.

11. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
