Seattle Storm Makes Roster Move
Dunlap Waived

June 26, 2012

SEATTLE - The Seattle Storm announced today Victoria Dunlap has been waived from the team. The roster currently stands at 10 players including Lauren Jackson, who will rejoin the team after the London Olympic Games.

Dunlap, a 6-1 forward from the University of Kentucky, was acquired in February from the Washington Mystics in exchange for center Ashley Robinson. She was selected by the Mystics in the first round (11th overall) of the 2011 WNBA Draft.

Dunlap played in five games for the Storm, averaging 2.6 points per game. She did not play the last two Storm games after suffering a concussion in practice the week of June 15.

The Storm, with a 5-7 record and on a four-game win streak, plays the Washington Mystics (2-8) at the Verizon Center tonight on ESPN2 at 4:00 p.m. PT (7:00 ET).
