HEAD COACH MUGGSY BOGUES SAYS...
(On the game)
Our ladies weren't on the same page and our defensive intensity wasn't there in the second half. They (New York) came out and shot the ball extremely well tonight.
(On the loss) It's frustrating, but you know it's a building stage for us. We are still evaluating. They have to put 40 minutes of basketball together, not just 20 minutes. Tonight we just weren't able to capitalize on some of the mismatches that we had created for ourselves. They had a lot of three point shots that opened it up for them.
(On the season) We are just trying to take it one game at a time and keep building. We are trying to see what pieces we have on this basketball team. They have been through a lot this season, but they are still playing hard. They are a better basketball team than their record indicates. We are going to keep pushing until we become a better basketball team.

TAMMY SUTTON-BROWN (19 Pts, 7 Rebs)
(On the game) They came out aggressively and out intensity wasn't the same from the first to the second half of the game game. That was the game right there.
(On getting a road win) It is really important. It is high on all of our lists. We came out tonight and tried to get this one. Obviously it isn't that great to have our road record - but we're still trying to get one.
