The Bolingbrook Park District Danceforce is an award-winning, nationally recognized youth dance company, known not only for their outstanding performances, but for their commitment to good character and volunteerism. They train in all styles of dance while studying the six pillars of character from Character Counts! Danceforce has been featured on the stages of Dance Chicago for two consecutive years, they�ve traveled as far as Hawaii to perform for international delegates, and they take top awards in competition year after year. They�ve also shared the stage with professional vocalists, including Chingy. Danceforce dancer Joe Fields was recently selected out of 3500 dancers across the nation as the Urban Jamm Dance Convention�s Well-Rounded Dancer of the year. Director/Choreographer Stacey Archer-Little has produced award-winning choreography in Hawaii and Chicago, and recently won the Dance Chicago 2006 Outstanding Choreography �New Voice� Award. With character education and volunteer service as important as their dance training, BPD Danceforce continues to produce exemplary dancers with high standards of character, and award-winning choreography.
