Tyra White is one of the most accomplished players in Texas A&M history and above all else, in 2011, she teamed up with the San Antonio Silver Stars' Danielle Adams to lead the Aggies to a national championship. White scored in double figures in 30 of 38 games during the 2011 season, including all six NCAA tournament games. As a fifth year senior in 2012, White led the Aggies in scoring at 13.1 points despite having her shooting percentage fall significantly below her career average (41.2 versus 46.2 percent for her career). This season, White became the seventh leading scorer in A&M history and 10th in rebounds.

White projects as a true shooting guard at the WNBA level who can penetrate the lane, score and assist the front court on the boards. The fifth year senior has played at the highest level in college and her championship pedigree should project to a successful professional career.
