June 25 vs. New York Liberty, 7:00 pm � We�re �Blockin� Out Cancer� on this night! The Warren Clinic Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine folks are presenting this game and will be passing out FREE first aid kits to the first 2,000 fans. Lance Armstrong�s Live Strong Foundation volunteers will also be at the game helping pass out the iconic yellow Live Strong wristbands to the first 5,000 fans. They�ll be hosting a Memory Wall as well where fans will be able to write and leave personal notes in honor of loved ones affected by cancer. And it�s also the first of our two Kids Get In Free games! All kids 16 years old and younger will receive a free ticket with the purchase of at least one adult ticket!
June 27 vs. Seattle Storm, 3:00 pm � Put sunscreed on your nose and flip flops between your toes! K95.5 presents our �Beach Party Cook Out� game! Come wearing your beachy-best clothing � you know�items like flowery shirts and grass skirts - you�ll get to take five bucks ($5) off the purchase price of your ticket at the box office! You could also win a FREE trip for two to Los Angeles to see the Shock take on the Sparks, courtesy of World Travel Agency! June 29 vs. Connecticut Sun, 7:00 pm � Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino, Star103.3 and KJRH Channel 2present �Two-Fer Tuesday Night�! Fans will get two-for-the-price-of-one on all game tickets, select concession items, and select team merchandise! Also, all twins get into the game for FREE! Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino is passing out mini basketballs to the first 5,000 fans.
July 3 vs. Washington Mystics, 7:00 pm � KRMG is helping us honor our �Hometown Heroes� on this night as we also celebrate our country�s birthday on Independence Day weekend! All veterans, military, police, fire and law enforcement men and women will receive a FREE ticket to this game � just come to the BOK Center box office the night of the game in uniform or with your badge to get yours. Bring your Hometown Hero to the game - whether it�s and aunt, uncle, grandparent, parent, neighbor or friend � and treat them to a special night in their honor. We�ll be raising money and awareness for Folds of Honor as well. This is also the second of our two games where Kids Get In Free! July 13 vs. Los Angeles Sparks, 6:00 pm � Cox Communications and KJRH Channel 2 present �College Pride Pack the House Yellow" and "Party in Polka Dots Night�! This game is being nationally televised on ESPN 2 so we need to PACK THE HOUSE! Fans will get $5 off select tickets when you come to the game wearing yellow, or polka dots, or both! For this game we are bringing back Coach Richardson�s old tradition when he was the coach at the University of Tulsa in the early 80�s of wearing polka dots at games! We may even have a huge prize package for the fan wearing the best yellow and/or polka dot outfit! And rumor has it Coach Richardson might even be wearing something with polka dots on the bench for this game too! Just like the old days!
July 22 vs. Phoenix Mercury, 7:00 pm � First Fidelity Bank, the BEAT and the WNBA present a �Night of Giving� as we celebrate �Christmas in July�. Fans will receive two tickets for the price of one on select tickets if they bring a canned or boxed food item to be donated to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. First Fidelity Bank will also be raising funds and awareness for the United Way for the Family and Children Services and Tulsa Day Center for Homeless. Fans that bring any school supplies to the game to be donated to the Family and Children Services will receive two tickets for the price of one. Or, if fans bring any personal hygiene item to the game to be donated to the Tulsa Day Center for Homeless they will receive two tickets for the price of one. (Limit 4 per customer.) And also making a special appearance at the game�Santa Claus will be taking a break from his summer vacation to come to Tulsa and meet and get his photo taken with kids at the game! We�ll also be raising money to donate to the WNBA�s Nothing But Nets program to purchase mosquito nets in the on-going effort to save people in afflicted areas from becoming ill and dying from malaria. We are looking for nothing but happy campers for our first annual �Camp Day� game! Kids and adults involved in all area summer camps and programs are invited to this game and will receive a special ticket package, and will be automatically entered for a chance to win a FREE appearance from Volt at your next birthday party! We�ll all sing �Happy Birthday� to Volt during the game, and fans will get the chance to have your photo taken and get an autographed baby picture of Volt! The first 2,000 fans through the doors will receive a pink Rally Towel courtesy of Warren Clinic St. Francis Health System. Fans that wear pink to the game will receive $5 off select tickets. Shock players will be wearing commemorative pink shooting shirts during warm ups, and fans will be able to bid on them in a silent auction we�ll be conducting during the game - with proceeds going to benefit Tulsa Project Woman, Breast Impressions, Young Survival Coalition, Women Who Care and B-CAP. August 14 vs. Los Angeles Sparks, 7:00 pm� The Williams Companies and the WNBA present �Women of Inspiration Night�. We will be recognizing and honoring women in our communities that have made a positive impact and inspired others to do the same. Ladies from 4 to 94 will get $10 off select seats. Fans can log on to tulsashock.net and submit an essay of 500 words or less to nominate a candidate for recognition. We will select some of these of women from all the entries and recognize them at the game, and each will receive a special gift. Local Girl Scouts will be at the game as well acting as honorary guest service members and Shock staff, performing various jobs and helping administer the game! August 21 vs. Chicago Sky, 7:00 pm� The Sports Animal presents �Fan Appreciation Night� as we say THANK YOU for a great first season by giving you the jerseys off our backs! All fans will receive a gift upon entry that night, and all night we will be randomly drawing names of fans for other great prizes and gifts from sponsors! Then after the game some very lucky fans will each be selected to receive a Shock player�s game jersey and will be given their jersey on the court by the player herself!
