Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available for the hearing impaired at The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival Guest Services Offices. Please call Guest services at (248) 377-8240 prior to the event to request an assisted listening device.
ATMs
For the convenience of our guests, there are three ATMs located on the concourse at sections 105 (LaSalle Bank), 111 and 117 (Key Bank).
Autographs
Guests can come to section 110 rows AA and BB as well as the lower rows of section 107C for Pistons/Shock autographs; section 103 rows AA and BB and the lower rows of section 107A for visiting team autographs from the time doors open until warm ups end. There is no guarantee that fans in these areas will get autographs. Also, if a ticketed guest comes for these seats, guests seeking autographs may be asked to move.
Also, Pistons and Shock Players make several appearances throughout the season at various locations for sponsors, etc. Fans seeking autographs can check Pistons.com or Detroitshock.com for further details.
Automobile Trouble
As a courtesy to our guests we offer some basic services for problems such as dead battery charge or keys locked in vehicle. For assistance please go to the Guest Services office at any Palace Sports & Entertainment venue.
Automotion Dance Team
The Detroit Pistons Dance Team -- Automotion -- is a group that has existed since 1996 of enthusiastic, intelligent and talented dancers who perform at all 41 Detroit Pistons home games.
The 19-member team performs high-energy dance routines during time-outs. Automotion members are not just dancers, but positive ambassadors and spirit-leaders for the Pistons organization. Directed by Rebecca Girard, an original member of the team, Automotion adds spirit and energy to any event! Backstage passes
Backstage passes can never be bought from or distributed through Palace Sports & Entertainment to any of its events. Passes are booked and supplied by the touring personnel and arrangements must be made to receive these passes prior to the event through the touring personnel. The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival personnel cannot give backstage passes to patrons.
Bad Weather
All shows at The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre or Meadow Brook Music Festival are 'Rain or Shine' events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows canceled or postponed. Rain and snow are not considered inclement weather. If there are questions about an event being canceled due to weather, please call (248) 377-0100.
Banners & Signs
Banners and signs may be brought into the Palace of Auburn Hills permitting they are in good taste and do not have any poles, sticks, etc. attached, and are not adhered to any walls. They must not be fastened anywhere in the building or in anyway obstruct another guest�s view. Banners and signs will be inspected prior to entering the venue, and management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign determined to be inappropriate for whatever reason without exception.

Basketball Camp
The Youth Basketball Training Camp Tour, directed by Coach Steve Moreland of the Detroit Pistons, features Detroit Pistons and Detroit Shock players, coaches and staff members of past and present!
The four day camp is only $159 Per Camper, and includes one free Pistons or Shock game ticket per camper.

Birthday Announcements
To have your birthday announced during a Pistons game, we require a $50.00 donation* to the Pistons� Palace Foundation. The Pistons� Palace Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Pistons, makes grants to activities that focus on the needs of youths, particularly those that are mentally, physically and economically challenged.

Cameras
You are more than welcome to bring in a camera without flash to Pistons and Shock games, however the NBA and WNBA does prohibit the use of a video camera at NBA and WNBA games.
Video cameras are allowed before preliminary games and at half-time shows, but must be taken out to a vehicle before the event starts or left at guest services after half-time until the game ends. Otherwise, video cameras are not allowed. Cameras without flash are permitted for sporting events.
In general, Palace Sports and Entertainment permits cameras to its events. However, many artists and performers do not wish to allow cameras into their events. Please call 248.377.0100 within two weeks of an event to find out more about a particular show�s policy.

The Captain�s Quarters
Experience the sights and sounds of The Palace of Auburn Hills at the Captain�s Quarters before any event. Located in the heart of the action with easy access above the East Entrance on the concourse level, the contemporary design and smoke-free environment of the Captain�s Quarters is the ultimate place to host a distinctive dining experience. The Captain�s Quarters, open when The Palace doors open, also features a full-service bar, which remains open throughout most events and is home to the WDFN Pistons Post Game Show after all home Pistons games. Championship Trophies
All three Pistons� NBA Championship trophies (1989, 1990 and 2004), as well as the 2004 Eastern Conference Championship Trophy and Detroit Shock 2003 WNBA Championship Trophy are on display inside of the Cingular Club.
Children�s Admission
For most events, children under two years of age will be granted complimentary admission to The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival, but must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. Cingular Club
The Cingular Club, a part of the Detroit Pistons� Premium Club Seating program, offers its members a multitude of amenities including a strolling buffet, full bar, cigar room and private restrooms. The Palace of Auburn Hills maintains a consistent temperature during all events including Detroit Pistons home games.

Palace concessions provides a traditional fare menu consisting of hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, jumbo soft pretzels and more. Also served are specialty food items including Domino's pizza, hot wings and breadsticks, BBQ pork sandwiches and chicken caesar and southwestern wraps. In addition to food, Palace Concessions also serves a variety of import and domestic bottled beers, frozen beverages and a variety of wines and liquors. Please keep in mind that no outside food or beverages, containers, bottles, or cans may be brought into the building.

Fans are selected at random to participate in any in-game contest. We do not allow fans to sign up in advance. To increase your chances of being selected, arrive early to the game and where Pistons/Shock gear. Those wearing merchandise from other pro-teams will not be chosen!

Crew Cove
Crew members redeem their giveaways here. Whether it is guaranteed giveaways coupons or postcards for various items, the Crew Cove is the redemption center for all Crew members. Dress Code
All patrons must be fully-clothed to enter any Palace Sports & Entertainment venue. Patrons without shirts, shoes, etc. will not be permitted entrance to the venue.
DTE Energy Music Theatre
The nation's busiest or top-grossing amphitheater in each of PS&E's nine summers of ownership since 1991, DTE Energy Music Theatre has also been nominated for 'Amphitheater of the Year' by Performance, 'Best Outdoor Venue' by Pollstar and 'Most Attended Venue of the Year' by Amusement Business. Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages of any kind, including alcoholic beverages, into the Palace of Auburn Hills. Restaurants and concession stands located throughout the building sell various types of food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Michigan law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests may be required to show proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
DTE Energy Music Theatre/Meadow Brook Music Festival
Guests are allowed to bring food in for most events, however it cannot be in glass containers. No beverages or beverage containers of any kind are allowed. Meadow Brook Music Festival
PS&E operates and manages the Meadow Brook Music Festival located on the grounds of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. The original two-year agreement in 1994 for the organization to operate and manage Meadow Brook Music Festival was extended in 1997 to a 10-year agreement after approval by Oakland University's Board of Trustees. More than $2 million in refurbishments were made during the first year of this extended agreement and another. Quiet Rooms
For certain events at the Palace of Auburn Hills there will be a Quiet Room available for parents or guardians to wait for their children. Please call the Palace at (248) 377-0100 during regular business hours prior to the event to see if a Quiet Room is going to be available.
Read to Achieve
Read to Achieve is an NBA initiative that promotes the value of reading and online literacy and encourages families and adults to read regularly with young children. Read to Achieve serves as the Detroit Pistons primary community activity. The goal of Read to Achieve is to build a lifelong love of reading in young people by providing greater access to books and technology.
Re-Entry
Guests who enter any Palace Sports & Entertainment venue may not leave and re-enter the facility.

Scalping
Guests may not resell tickets at any price on the Palace of Auburn Hills property. To avoid problems with tickets, they should be purchased only at an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or from the Palace box office. Palace Sports & Entertainment is not responsible for any tickets purchased via an outside vendor.

The Palace of Auburn Hills is a smoke free facility. Smoking areas are available outside the North (Section 120/121) or South (Section 107/108) doors. Smoking is also permitted at the Palace Grille Lounge.

The Squad
The Squad is Shock a group comprised of full or mini plan holders. The term "Squad" was coined to designate our season ticket holders. Squad members have access to exclusive events, Shock emails and early entrance at home Shock games. The Squad Quarters
Squad members redeem their giveaways here. Whether it is guaranteed giveaways coupons or postcards for various items, the Squad Quarters is the redemption center for all Squad members. It is located in the West Atrium in the back left corner. Must have coupon or postcard for item to redeem. Open from doors until the end of halftime during the regular season.
St. Pete Times Forum
PS&E acquired the leasehold rights to this state-of-the-art entertainment facility in Tampa Bay, Florida during the summer of 1999. The venue seats from 5,000 to 21,500 patrons depending on the event, and is home to the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL) and the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League (AFL). Ticket Sales/Information
The Box Office is open Monday through Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with extended hours on event days. The Box Office window will remain open for one half-hour after an event has ended and is located at the West entrance. Tickets may be purchased with cash or most major credit cards. For ticket information call the Box Office at (248) 377-8601. For group sales call (248) 371-2055. For corporate sales call (248) 377-7800. Tickets may also be purchased online at Pistons.com. Tours
Tours of the Palace of Auburn Hills can be arranged through the Guest Services office by calling (248) 377-8240. Tours last approximately one and half-hours and typically include viewing the arena, locker rooms, luxury suites, and more! The cost is $3.00 for children and $5.00 for adults. Cameras are welcome.

Umbrellas
Standard size umbrellas with no sharp points are permitted inside Palace Sports & Entertainment venues for most events, however they must be closed and stowed upon entering the facility.

Workforce
The Workforce is the professional Stunt and Tumble team for the Detroit Pistons. They perform high-energy routines during select games as well as doing highflying stunts during hot time outs.
Youth Basketball Camps
Zap
Raised by tribesmen back in Australia, ZAP learned many magical powers while he spent his days and nights in the outback. And while the Shock hope to perform magic on the court, ZAP has vowed to put smiles on the faces of everyone he meets. ZAP performs at every Shock home game, while following in the organization's commitment to the community by performing at birthday parties, parades and other public or private events in the community.
