Can I order tickets in advance for the entire Playoffs?
Yes, you can reserve your seat for all possible Playoff games (six total) in Detroit. The Palace makes this very easy through a program called Cheer Now, Pay Later. By placing a $25 deposit per seat with a valid credit card, you can reserve your seat and have tickets for all six possible home games sent to your home. You will then only be charged for the games that are played at The Palace once the Playoffs are over. Its easy, and it saves the hassle of a refund. You will need to call the Palace (248.377.0100) and speak to a sales representative to participate in this program.
What if I dont have a credit card or I dont want to put a credit card down?
You can reserve your seat by paying for all six games and parking up front. We will fully refund you for any games that are not played. A Palace Sales Representative will help you do this.
If I order a Playoff Strip, do I get a discount on prices?
Yes, Playoff Strips in all seating locations feature a 10-15% off of face value. So, if you know that you want to be there for all of the action, a Playoff Strip is the best value. Not only is it the best value, but it also ensures that you will have the seat that you want to see your favorite WNBA team.
Can I have my Playoff seats for the 2004 Season?
If you are able to purchase a seat for the Playoffs, that means that it is not currently taken by a Shock Season Ticket Holder, which would make it available for purchase for the 2004 Season. And if you commit to 2004 Season Tickets today by placing a $25 per seat deposit, you will also receive FREE Playoff Parking.
