Swin Cash Joins Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan Game

DETROIT, Mich. - Pistons legend John Long, Pistons first round draft choice Jason Maxiell and Detroit Shock guard Swin Cash participated in the fourth annual Celebrity Wheelchair Game benefitting the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan on Thursday night, September 22.

Serving as celebrity coaches, Long and Maxiell's Dertoit Sports Legends team beat the Detroit Motor Mouths at University of Detroit's Calihan Hall.

Cash, playing for the Sports Legends Team scored two points in the losing effort.

"I'm glad to be able to come out to this event and support the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan," said Maxiell. "I thought everybody showed great ability, especially those that are members of the Institute's team."

"Playing in a wheelchair is a lot harder than it looks," said Cash following the game. "These athletes have so much courage and determination - I really admire them."
