Mystics Unveil New Colors

Washington Mystics Chief Operating Officer Greg Bibb announced today the team has changed the club�s official colors. During an event to introduce new general manager and head coach Trudi Lacey in front of a crowd of invited Mystics season ticket holders, the new colors were revealed in the logo at 7:00 pm. The new official Mystics colors are red (pms 186), navy (pms 289), silver (pms 877) and white and are more aligned with the Mystics� parent company, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, overall brand. The new changes can currently be seen on the Mystics website, facebook and twitter accounts.

�We are excited to introduce the new color palette of the Washington Mystics,� Bibb stated. �The red, navy, silver and white scheme provides a fresh look of our organization while moving us closer in alignment with the overall Monumental Sports & Entertainment brand. We look forward to a series of announcements and unveilings around our new colors during the coming months, including new home and road uniforms as a well as a new court design.�

In 2010, the Washington Mystics won the Eastern Conference�s regular season and secured the top seed for the playoffs in the East.
