Hours of Operation
The normal Box Office hours are:
Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturdays 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The Box Office is open during a basketball game until half-time and Will Call opens one and one half hours prior to a basketball game. For ARCO Arena events, the Box Office is open until the main act begins and Will Call opens one hour prior to the event showtime.
The Box Office is usually closed on Sundays, but if there is an event that day, it opens two hours before the event is scheduled to start.
Lost Tickets
Season ticket holders of record who forget, misplace or lose their tickets will be charged the full-face value of the ticket(s). Arrangements should be made through the Box Office. A refund will be granted through the Box Office upon receipt of the original unused ticket(s) and the duplicate ticket stub(s).
Stolen Tickets
In the event your season tickets are stolen, duplicate seating vouchers will be issued at no charge ONLY if a police report is provided to the Box Office. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Will Call
The Will Call window opens 90 minutes prior to game time and remains open for 90 minutes after the start of game. Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the envelope. To pick up tickets at the Will Call window, you must present picture identification. Season Ticket Holders of Record may leave tickets for their guests at the Will Call window. The Box Office will not be responsible for unclaimed tickets. No information will be given over the phone as to status of Will Call tickets. Will Call name changes cannot be made via telephone.
Children�s Tickets
Children who have celebrated their second birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to Monarchs games. Children twenty three months of age and younger are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult�s lap.
Guest Services Desk
The Guest Services Desk is located behind Section 122 on the concourse level. A representative is available at the Guest Services Desk to assist you with any problem or question you may encounter during the game.
Lost and Found
During events, the lost and found is located at the Courtesy Desk behind section 122. After an event, unclaimed items will be held at the Security Desk.
Team Store
The Team Store is open for all Monarchs games. For your convenience, team store regular hours are:

Shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online at sacramentoteamstore.com. REMINDER: To receive your Monarchs MVP 10% discount, your MVP card must be presented at the time of purchase.
Monarchs Skyline Club and Restaurant
The Skyline Restaurant will be open for dinner prior to all Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening Monarchs games. Join Executive Chef Gary Gainey for some of Sacramento�s finest dining with ever changing selections. Dinner reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling (916) 928-8183.
The Monarchs Skyline Club is open pre-game to Season Ticket Holders and their guests and opens 90 minutes prior to game time. Please enter through the Southeast Entrance and take the elevator to the fourth floor.
Put your birthday or anniversary message in lights!
Every Monarchs game, you have the opportunity to place a birthday/anniversary message on the boards of ARCO Arena for a $50 donation to the Maloofs and You Foundation. Reserve space 2 days prior to the day of the game. You can download the form here or call (916)928-3620 for more information.
Revocable License
Tickets are a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused at any time upon the failure to comply with the terms hereof or upon the refunding of the printed purchase price. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. By using this ticket, the holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, video, audio or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes) or other commercial or trade purposes without the express written consent of the Sacramento Monarchs or the WNBA.
Security Guidelines
The Sacramento Monarchs care about the safety of every guest and we ask that all guests adhere to the security guidelines below:
Beverages and Food
Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages of any kind, including bottled water, into ARCO Arena. Any exceptions for medical needs may be approved by contacting the director of security at (916) 928-3658 at least 24 hours in advance. Restaurants and concession stands located throughout the building sell various types of food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. California law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests may be required to show proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Smoking
ARCO Arena is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in the building. The designated smoking area is located at the Southwest entrance.
Cameras & Recorders
Professional camera equipment and/or audio/video recorders may not be brought into the Arena without the express written consent of the Sacramento Monarchs.
Good Sports Program
Team up with the Monarchs and help to make a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of children in need and at-risk in the Sacramento region.

Restrooms: Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located throughout the arena on the concourse level. All restrooms are clearly marked.
Handicapped Accessible Parking: To locate accessibly parking, please park in Parking Lot H. Please enter through Toll Plaza 5. For your convenience, you may also drop patrons off in front of the Box Office.
Concession Stand Accessibility: Each of the four main concession stands located on the concourse level feature an area to accommodate wheelchairs. These areas are located to the far right of each concession stand.
Hearing/Visual Assistance: The services of Sign Language Interpreters can be arranged by calling the ARCO Arena Box Office at (916) 928-6900. Please notify the ARCO Arena Box Office seven (7) days in advance of the event you are attending.
Arena Seating: Special seating is also available for visually impaired guests. Please contact the ARCO Arena Box Office for assistance at (916) 928-6900.

Lot H - Enter Toll Plaza No. 5 or Toll Plaza No. 7. (You may drop off at Box Office Drive).
Limousines:
Lot H - Enter Box Office Drive, drop off patrons. Exit Box Office Drive and park in Lot H through Toll Plaza No. 5 ONLY! At end of game or shortly before end of game you will be directed back to Box Office area to pick up your patrons. To park, the cost is $30.
RV's and Buses:
Lot M - Enter Toll Plaza No. 9 (You may drop off at Box Office Drive). The cost is $30.
I have a problem during a game?
Come to the Guest Services Courtesy Booth which is located behind Section 122. A customer service representative will make every effort to assist you.
I am going to miss a game due to vacation?
As a Monarchs Member, you will be able to exchange tickets for games you will not be attending for additional tickets to other games. The exchange must be made 5 working days in advance of the game you will miss. For more details call (916)928-3650.
