Throughout this Monarchs season, fans have had the opportunity to share their well wishes and remembrance for those who have survived breast cancer and those who are currently battling the disease. Beginning at Race for the Cure in April, fans have been decorating special cardboard pink and white basketballs, which were displayed on the ARCO Arena concourse during the annual Breast Health Awareness Night on Sunday, July 21.

Hundreds of pink and white basketballs portraying special messages were displayed for all to see and take in. Fans at the game on July 21 also had the opportunity to add their messages to the walls that evening. The Sacramento Monarchs and Maloof Sports & Entertainment would like to thank all those who took the time to share their messages with the Sacramento Monarchs and all of the fans in attendance that evening. Your messages truly are an inspiration to all.
