Angie�s Kettle Corn/Minnesota Lynx Community Partnership Promotion Terms and Conditions


Angie�s Kettle Corn will play host to a sweepstakes which will award suite tickets to local, youth or high school basketball teams for six (6) Minnesota Lynx home games, July 16th, July 26th, August 14th, August 20th, September 2nd, and September 8th 2011.

1. How to Qualify: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete an online entry form at lynxbasketball.com/angies. To qualify for the offer, eligible individuals must visit the lynxbasketball.com/angies page to register, between June 17th and August 22nd, 2011. When fans visit lynxbasketball.com/angie online enter to win page they will have the chance to fill out an entry form to enter this contest or upload a YouTube video essay. Two (2) winners will be chosen on June 30th, July 29th, and August 22nd.

2. Eligibility: Youth and high school basketball players from grades 6-12, must enter online with a written essay or upload video essay. Participants must be on a school basketball team or on a recreation league basketball team to qualify. Multiple members from each team can enter an unlimited amount. Winners will be chosen in the sole discretion of the Sponsor by several factors including but not limited to their creativity, originality and professionalism of their essay. Written essays must not exceed 500 words. Video essays must not exceed two (2) minutes. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. military bases outside the U.S.) within a 75 miles radius of the Target Center, Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, anywhere outside of the U.S. and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of Angie�s Kettle Corn, Minnesota Lynx, and affiliated employees, along with their family members, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and their advertising, Sweepstakes and production agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Tickets: 6 total winners will be chosen and each winner will be able to bring up to 21 members of their basketball team to a suite on one of the following dates: July 16th, July 26th, August 14th, August 20th, September 2nd, or September 8th 2011. Two (2) winners will be chosen on June 30th, July 29th, and August 22nd. Only one winner is allowed per game night and the selection of game nights will be on a first request basis. In the event of a conflict the Sponsor will have the sole discretion of selecting the specific game night for a respective winner.

Offer period: June 17th, 2011 � August 22nd, 2011. Winners will be chosen in the sole discretion of the Sponsor by several factors including but not limited to their creativity, originality and professionalism of their essay. Winners will be contacted by a Lynx staff member during the offer period. Tickets will be distributed at the Target Center Will Call (600 1st Ave N, Minneapolis MN 55403) on the day of the game awarded. In addition to the tickets, each winner will receive a two hundred fifty ($250) food and drink credit, generously provided by the Minnesota Lynx. The food and drink credit cannot be exchanged for its cash value and no cash value will be refunded for any remaining balance after completion of the game. Any remaining costs or costs not covered under the food and drink credit of $250 will be the sole responsibility of the winner and must be paid upon completion of the game.

This offer is subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets, including, without limitation, compliance with the Minnesota Lynx/WNBA Fan Code of Conduct found at http://www.nba.com/timberwolves/fans/nba_fan_code_conduct.html. The approximate retail value of each ticket is $ 50.00. Any and all taxes of any kind, fees, insurance and other related costs incurred in conjunction with attending the games associated with the tickets, including, without limitation, costs for parking at the arena, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and are only valid for the games and seats for which they are issued. Tickets are not transferable or reproducible and may not be sold or auctioned.

4. Limited Time Offer/While Supplies Last: This Offer is a limited time offer. No purchase necessary. There will only be 6 winners chosen by the essays creativity, originality and professionalism that are entered on lynxbasketball.com. Enter to win offer period runs from June � August 22nd, 2011. Any entry after August 22nd, 2011 will not be eligible.

5. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Administration: By entering, entrant agrees to follow the official rules and hold harmless and indemnify Angie�s Kettle Corn, the Minnesota Lynx and the WNBA, and its member teams, WNBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officer, employees, and agents against liability, damages or causes of action (however names or described), with respect to or arising out of either (1) entrants participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion. Angie�s Kettle Corn, the Minnesota Lynx and the WNBA expressly reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Offer is at the sole discretion of Angie�s Kettle Corn, the Minnesota Lynx and the WNBA. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Offer will be resolved at the sole discretion of Angie�s Kettle Corn, the Minnesota Lynx and the WNBA and their decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No requests for exchanges, seat location, or cash equivalent for the tickets will be considered and no substitutions will be made. Qualified individuals must sign any required documents in connection with the Offer as determined by Angie�s Kettle Corn, the Minnesota Lynx and the WNBA in their sole and absolute discretion.
