Native Minnesotan Lindsay Whalen scored 15 points and dished out six assists for the Lynx and was also impressed by the fans at the Target Center on Sunday night.

"Just a great atmosphere," said Whalen, who starred at the University of Minnesota, leading the Golden Gophers to their first-ever Final Four appearance. "That was pretty cool. It took us a little while to get playing, but once we got going, it was really loud. It was a great atmosphere, and we hope for another great atmosphere on Wednesday night."
