Tina Thompson, the WNBA's all-time leader in, well, most everything, has been selected to replace the injured Brittney Griner on the West squad. This will be Thompson's record ninth All-Star Game appearance. The WNBA's first overall draft pick in 1997 has said that she is retiring after this season.
