Hoosier Lottery Contest Official Rules

2. Sweepstakes open to residents of Indiana Fever Marketing Territory 18 years of age or older. Employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Hoosier Lottery, Indiana Fever/Pacers Sports & Entertainment, the Women�s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents are not able to enter.

3. To enter, mail in a postcard to: Pacers Sports & Entertainment, Hoosier Lottery Shootout, 125 South Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204 or e-mail your entry to fevershootout@pacers.com. Include your name, address, phone number and age. Indicate the Fever player you think will score the first basket of the second half. Entries must be received by August 9, 2002. Enter as many times as you want. Winner will be chosen at random and will be notified by phone call day prior to game chosen for. In the event the winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize another winner will be chosen from the entries.

4. The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends.

5. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the game, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the team�s option for a prize of comparable or greater value.

6. Approximate retail value of prize(s) are: $100 for winning choice and $25 for non-winning choice.

7. Chances of being a contestant dependant on number of entries.

8. A list of winners can be obtained by writing Indiana Fever, 125 South Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

9. By entering, entrant agrees to follow the Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify Hoosier Lottery, Indiana Fever/Pacers Sports & Entertainment and/or the Women�s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant�s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

10. In consideration for being awarded the prize, winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winner�s name and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Hoosier Lottery, Indiana Fever/Pacers Sports & Entertainment and/or the Women�s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates.

11. Contest void where prohibited.
