What time can I get in the doors on game day?

As a Fever MVP, you have access to the arena 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the general public open time. General public doors open 1 hour prior to tipoff.

Who do I call if I have questions?

As a Fever MVP, you have a dedicated Service Representative that is available to help you. If you do not know who your representative is, please call the Fever Service Line at (317) 917-2528.

How do I exchange unused tickets?

After the game has passed, you can exchange your unused tickets at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse box office or by calling your Fever Service Representative.

What are the box office hours?

The Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office is open Monday � Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm and during events.

Where is the Locker Room Restaurant?

The Locker Room Restaurant is located on the Event Level of Bankers Life Fieldhouse in the North-East Tunnel. The Locker Room Restaurant is open before and during the game.

How do I reprint my tickets?

To reprint tickets, you can login to My Account Manager on Feverbasketball.com or by visiting the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office. Your original tickets will no longer be valid after new tickets are printed.

How do I become a Fever MVP Member?

The Fever MVP Membership program is for all Full Season ticket holders. If you are interested in purchasing an MVP Membership or upgrading from a Half/Mini Season, please contact your Service Representative or call (317) 917-2528.

How does Cheer Now, Pay Later work?

During the WNBA Playoffs, you have the option of paying in full for all home playoff games or signing up for Cheer Now, Pay Later. CNPL allows you to only pay for the games that are played at home after each playoff round is completed. This saves you from waiting on reimbursement if you paid for games that the Fever did not end up playing.

How do I use my Home Court Gift Shop discount?

You will receive a discount card with your season ticket package. You can also show your MVP credentials to receive your Home Court Gift Shop discount.

What if I have a question during a game?

Please feel free to visit the Fever Sales & Service Kiosk located on the Main Concourse behind Section 1.

Can I get a refund or exchange for my tickets?

There are no refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases. If you miss a game, you can exchange your tickets for another game later in the season.

At what age is a child required to have a ticket?

Any child older than 24 months is required to have a game ticket.

May I bring in a camera?

• WNBA policy strictly prohibits the use of still photos or video footage for commercial purposes without the express written approval of the WNBA head office.
• Non-professional still cameras (digital or film) are allowed at Pacers and Fever basketball games in Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Non-professional lenses are generally defined as lenses less than 6 � 8" in length, and black in color. Professional cameras (generally defined as a camera with a detachable lenses longer than 6 � 8", or large lenses that are dark grey in color) are PROHIBITED.
• Video cameras, and taking of video with other devices, are prohibited. We reserve the right to disallow cameras that, in the opinion of management, will be used to produce professionally marketed images.
• Tripods and other equipment that could pose a tripping hazard are not permitted.
• Standing or positioning oneself in order to take pictures in a manner that obstructs the view or enjoyment of the event by others is not permitted.

Where can I park?

The Virginia Avenue Garage has a bridge over Delaware St. that provides easy access to Bankers Life Fieldhouse. If you have a courtside MVP Membership, your complimentary parking passes are for this garage. A limited number of parking passes are available for purchase.

May I bring in something to have autographed?

You may bring in items or bags smaller than 14" x 14".

Is it ok to bring in a poster or sign?

Small signs that do not block the view of other fans are allowed on game days.

Am I able to upgrade my tickets to Legends or into better seats for a game?

Utilizing the Unused Ticket Exchange, you can save your season ticket and purchase a single game ticket for a different location. You can then trade in your unused ticket for a ticket to a future game.

How can my kids participate in an activity on the floor?

A variety of Fan Experience Packages are available with a group sale. Please contact your Fever Service Representative or call the Fever Hotline at (317) 917-2528 for more information.

When should I expect my tickets to arrive in the mail?

Tickets are typically printed and shipped around late April or early May but can vary depending on the WNBA schedule. You will have your ticket package before opening night.

When is the WNBA schedule typically released?

The WNBA schedule is typically released around January or early February.

What are MVP Credentials?

All MVPs are given credentials at the beginning of the season. This will allow you to gain early access to the arena on game days and discounts at the Home Court Gift Shop.

How will the Ushers know to let me in early?

You can show your MVP credentials to the Ushers in front of the 3-bank elevators located next to Guest Relations in the Entry Pavilion to gain early access.

What time does the Locker Room Restaurant open?

The Locker Room Restaurant is open as soon as MVP doors open (1 hour and 15 minutes before tipoff).

Is the Varsity Club open?

The Varsity Club Restaurant is only open during select Bankers Life Fieldhouse events and Pacers games. The Locker Room Restaurant is open for the Fever season.
