Belinda Snell won a silver medal with Australia at the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece. The 5-11 guard was recently a member of the Australian National Team during the 2006 Opal World Challenge where she averaged 8.6 points and 3.0 rebounds in five games.

Snell has played with the Phoenix Mercury for the past two seasons and has averaged 3.3 points and 1.5 rebounds in 50 career games. She scored a career-high 16 points against the Sacramento Monarchs on August 23, 2005.
