"I'm fluent in English and Italian, I'm somewhat
fluent in German and I took Spanish for two years in college."

"They own their own business, a hotel/restaurant."

| Who has been a role model for you in basketball? |
"My brother Tomas. I've been following in his footsteps
and it is just great to have someone that went through the same things
you are going through... it just makes it easier."

| Is anyone else in your family involved in sports? |
"Tomas played basketball at Texas A&M. He graduated
in 2003 and now he is playing professionally in Italy."

| When did you become interested in basketball? |
"I started playing at 11, but got interested around
9 when my brothers started to play. From there on just seeing how successful
my brother was and then with the opportunities I got, I just became more
and more interested."

| Have you ever had a coach who really inspired you, helped to improve your game or helped in your development? |
"Maurizio Scanzani, he was my first coach ever and
just taught me the basics of baskeball. I also lived with him since I
was so young when I left home to play basketball. I had to go through
a lot that year, but being accepted into his home and his family helped
a lot as well as meeting so many different people."

| Do you have a favorite on-court moment? |
"Winning the Big East Championship during my freshman
year at BC."

| If you could play one-on-one against any other player or athlete, who would it be? |
"I would have to say my brother. Even though we are
siblings, we never had the chance for a one-on-one game."

| Do you have any pregame superstitions or rituals? |
"They change with the year and the team... so it
depends what goes with my team and stuff."

| Which other sports do you play? |
"I am a novice at tennis, but I like volleyball.
I'm not too bad."

| What are your hobbies or interests outside of basketball? |
"Listening to music. I like to play the piano when
I go home. I also like to hike and play cards with my mom."

| What other talents are you proud of? |
"Playing the piano, but i'm not getting that much
practice, so I'm still getting there...."

| Have you held any jobs outside of basketball? |
"I was a teacher assistant for the Campus School,
a school for special needs students."

"Silly, but caring."

| How would you describe yourself? |
"Caring."

| Are there any charities or causes you're particularly passionate about? |
"Breast cancer. So many women are affected and we
learned a lot about it having been in the ACC with Coach Yow at N.C. State."

| Of which achievement are you most proud? |
"Leaving home at 11 and being persistent in pursuing
basketball when, back then, I did not know where it was going to lead
me. Also being able to learn a language from scratch just from being here."

| If you were not a basketball player, what would you be? |
"I would love to work with animals, but even more
I would probably become a kindergarten or elementary school teacher."

"I don't have any pets, but I would love to have
a dog."

"Italian, cooked by Dad in our restaurant."

"Blue/green."
