Time Out With... Shannon Bobbitt
After winning two national titles at Tennessee, Shannon Bobbitt became the 15th pick in the 2008 draft, joining former Lady Vol teammates Candace Parker and Sidney Spencer with the Los Angeles Sparks. In her second start of the season Sunday, she had her finest day as a pro, posting 11 points and handing out five assists. Let's get to know her a bit better in this version of "Time Out."

    "I went to Tennessee. Go, Lady Vols!"

    "Psychology."

    "My mom is named Linda and my dad's name is Anthony."

    "Chilling, shopping, and watching sports on TV."
    How would you describe yourself?
    "Shy, but also caring and focused."
    How would others describe you?
    "I like to think they would say I'm caring, determined, funny and most importantly, trustworthy."
    Are there any charities or causes that you support?
    "Yes, the Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation."
    What are your plans professionally when your playing career is over?
    "That depends. I would like to get into acting. But I could also see myself maybe as an elementary school teacher or a junior high basketball coach."
