Sun Go Pink July 27

The Connecticut Sun will celebrate Breast Health Awareness Night on July 27th, wearing pink uniforms when they take the floor at Mohegan Sun Arena against the Minnesota Lynx at 3 p.m.

Additionally, fans will have the opportunity to bidon a variety of items in a silent auction on the concourse. Those items include autographed memorabilia from around the WNBA and professional sports as well as team experience packages will be available in the auction. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to local breast cancer charities.

All fans attending the game are encouraged to wear pink in support of Breast Health Awareness.

The game is part of the WNBA’s Breast Health Awareness Week. During this week, the league will raise money through the annual WNBA Breast Health Auction, continuing an effort that has raised more than $2.5 million in the fight against breast cancer. As part of the weeklong series of events, all WNBA teams will host an in-arena Breast Health Awareness Night featuring special programming.
