Sales Named MVP of Euroleague’s Final Four
Nykesha Sales was named MVP of the FIBA Euroleague Final Four after leading her team, Gambrinus, to the Euroleague title. 
Sales scored all 16 of her points in the fourth quarter to lead the Czech Republic-based team to a 68-54 win over defending champion Samara. These two teams also met in last year’s championship game, with Samara coming away with the victory.
In the semifinal round, Sales had nine points, five rebounds and two assists in a 61-54 victory over USVO.
Samara defeated Katie Douglas’ team, Lietuvos Telekomas, 77-62, in the other semifinal game. Douglas scored nearly half of her team’s total points (30), and also had three steals, two rebounds and two assists.
