Kids Quest-

Kids Quest is a video arcade for children located opposite the waterfall in the Shops at Mohegan Sun.

Lost and Found-

Located across from Section 12 at the Arena Security Office. Patrons may call 1.888.226.7711 and ask for lost and found. The lost and found is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. until midnight.

Lost Tickets-

Report lost or stolen tickets to 1.877.SUN.TIXX.

Lost Patrons-

Contact an usher or Sun representative for assistance. In addition, please keep your game ticket with you at all times.

Listening Devices-

Assisted listening devices are available at the Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office for those who may be hearing impaired. All devices must be returned to the box office following the game. A positive ID and credit card are required to borrow the device. There will be no charge if the device is returned. Questions may be directed to the box office at 860.862.8499.

Merchandise-

A wide variety of merchandise is located within Mohegan Sun Arena at two stands located on the concourse behind Section 17 and Section 22. In addition, Sun merchandise may be purchased at Winter Essentials located by the Winter Entrance to the Casino of the Earth.

Connecticut Sun Media Guides, featuring in-depth information on the Sun players and coaches, and a history of the team and the league, are available for purchase in participating Mohegan Sun shops.
