Nykesha, Kids Build Bears

Sixteen children from the Martin Luther King Jr. Center in Norwich had the opportunity to attend a holiday party hosted by Nykesha Sales at Build-A-Bear Workshop in the Crystal Mall.

In 50 words or less, children, aged 7 to 10, from the Martin Luther King Jr. Center in Norwich had to write an essay answering the question “What do the holidays mean to you?”

At the Build-A-Bear party, Nykesha welcomed the essay winners and congratulated them on writing what they all universally thought was important for the holidays, their families.

The children selected their bears, gave them names, stuffed them, filled them with love and dressed them up.
