Sun Toy Drive Dec. 7th

The Connecticut Sun will be holding a holiday toy drive to help benefit the Kids’ Christmas Party. The drive will take place on Wednesday, December 7 from 6pm-8pm. Toys will be collected in front of the Winter Essentials store on the Mohegan Sun property. Winter Essentials, which carries exclusive Sun merchandise, is located up the escalator in the Winter area of the Earth Casino.

Whoever donates a toy at this drive will be entered to win a Christmas Roast prepared by Mohegan Sun Executive Chef Michael Luboff.

Liz Hall founded Kids’ Christmas when she took a second job to ensure that no child was overlooked during the holiday season. This year is the 16th party and has grown from serving about 10 kids in year one to around 450 last year. Last year’s party has been the most successful and well attended to date.

The WOLF, 104.7 FM Continues Toy Drive Dec 8th-16th

If you can't make it in on December 7th come out to The WOLF's studio at Mohegan Sun between December 8th and 16th to drop off your toys. The WOLF studios are located at Mohegan Sun near the Riverview Garage in the Sky Casino.

Donations made during these dates will also be entered to win the Christmas Roast prepared by Chef Luboff.
