The WNBA’s Connecticut Sun is seeking passionate and energetic individuals to assist with game night and event-specific duties during the 2010 season (May-August.) This program is designed to give students the opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain firsthand experience with a professional sports team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Game day and special event duties will vary. Interns may be responsible for assisting with team events, community appearances and foundation fundraisers. Additionally, all interns will be responsible for executing various roles during Sun home games including:

Customer Service

In-game Entertainment & Promotions

Media Relations

Game Operations

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Applications will be accepted beginning Friday, January 1, 2010.

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as junior, senior or graduate student.

Must be available for all homes games and select special events.

Course credit may be available based on your degree requirements and advisor approval.

No financial compensation is available.

Travel and housing arrangements are not provided.
