Connecticut Sun Seeking Summer Interns
The Connecticut Sun is now accepting applications for summer interns. These internships will run from mid May through mid September. Applicants should be college sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students.
Candidates should be outgoing and energetic professionals that are self-motivated, organized and detail oriented. Interns will be responsible for assisting in office operations, player and community appearances, game day events and customer service, in addition to other duties assigned by various departments.
Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks as well as work effectively in a team environment. All interns must have the flexibility to work long days, evenings, weekend and holidays.

The Connecticut Sun tips off its seventh season at Mohegan Sun Arena on June 6th with a 4 p.m. game against the Washington Mystics. The 2009 WNBA All-Star Game will be held at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, July 25th and can be seen nationally on ABC at 3:30 p.m. Season tickets and mini-plans are on sale now for the 2009 season.
