Tickets
TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Exchange up to five games you don't plan to use for tickets to any other Storm game (subject to availability).
To exchange your tickets online, log in to your My Storm Account, select the game you wish to exchange and forward your tickets to StormSTH@StormBasketball.com. Note which game you wish to exchange your tickets for. The new tickets will be placed on your My Storm Account within 72 hours.
Tickets must be received at least one week prior to the game being exchanged. Expired or unused tickets cannot be exchanged. Tickets can also be exchanged at The Huddle during Storm games or by calling (206) 217-WNBA (9622).
FIRST ONE's ON ME PROGRAM
Two complimentary tickets are included in your season tickets booklet to give to friends, family, coworkers - anyone that you think would enjoy a Storm game as much as you!
Simply rip the tickets out of your booklet, and start sharing the love of Storm Basketball today! Tickets are valid for any Storm game (subject to availability), and are redeemable at the KeyArena East Box Office on game day.
TICKET FORWARDING
Use your My Storm Account to conveniently forward your tickets to friends and family online free of charge.
TICKET RE-SELLING
Use your My Storm Account to post your tickets you don't plan to use for sale online and receive account credit.
PLAYOFF PRIORITY
If the Storm clinches a playoff spot, you'll be able to use your My Storm Account to secure playoff tickets before the general public.
PRIORITY NUMBER / SEAT RELOCATION
The longer you've been a Season Ticket Holder, the earlier you'll be considered for seat relocation and upgrade opportunities. Relocation can be requested during season ticket renewal.
