Season Ticket Holder Exchange Program

Can't make it to every game? As a Season Ticket Holder, you can exchange any unused ticket from a 2011 Storm game for additional tickets to a future game. Whether you turn in tickets for a game you've already missed or a game you know you're going to miss, the Storm is committed to ensuring the complete value of your season ticket purchase by providing you additional tickets to a future game. If you have any questions, please call the Storm Account Executive Team at 206-217-WNBA (9622).

Our Exchange Program has been slightly altered when compared to past seasons, so please take note of the following information:

Available Exchange Games:

• Sun., May 29 at 2 p.m. vs. Tulsa (Pre-season)
• Thu., June 9 at 7 p.m. vs. Minnesota
• Thu., July 21 at 7 p.m. vs. San Antonio
• Tue., August 2 at 7 p.m. vs. San Antonio (Breast Health Awareness Night)
• Thu., August 11 at 7 p.m. vs. Tulsa (Girl Scout Night)
• Sat., August 20 at 7 p.m. vs. New York
• Tue., August 23 at 7 p.m. vs. San Antonio
• Thu., August 25 at 7 p.m. vs. Tulsa
• Fri., September 9 at 7 p.m. vs. Phoenix (Take Your Health By Storm)

THE DEADLINE FOR ALL TICKET EXCHANGES IS AUGUST 15, 2011. Please be sure to turn in all of your tickets by this date in order to have your ticket exchange orders completed. No Ticket Exchanges will be processed after August 15, 2011.

All Ticket Exchanges will be placed in Will-Call or put on your "My Storm Account" online. You are able to log on to your "My Storm Account" to print these tickets or forward them via email.

All Ticket Exchanges need to be received by the Storm organization 1 week in advance of the game you are exchanging for.

There are three easy ways to exchange your unused tickets for a future game:

• Drop them off at The Huddle (Storm Fan Headquarters located outside Aisle 115) at KeyArena during any home game.
   
• Present them in person or mail them to the Storm's business offices:

• Tickets to future games can also be exchanged through your "My Storm Account" by following these simple instructions:
  • After you log in to your accounts click "Manage Tickets."
  • For the game you do not plan to attend, select the seats you wish to exchange for a future game and click "Forward."
  • In the "Send To" address line enter ticketexchange@StormBasketball.com.
  • In the "Notes" section. Please designate the future game for which you would like to exchange.
  • Hit "Send."
  • Your tickets will then show up in your "My Storm Account" within a few days.

Your Storm Account Executive will make every effort to seat you in comparable seats or near your season ticket location but may need to substitute a lower-priced seat, based on availability.

Please note: Once the tickets are forwarded through "My Storm Account," the physical tickets sent in your season ticket book will be voided instantly and can't be scanned to enter the arena. The Storm highly recommends you shred and discard any physical tickets that you have subsequently forwarded online to avoid any confusion.

Preseason or regular-season unused tickets cannot be substituted for playoff tickets. Unused substitute tickets also cannot be exchanged a second time. Thank you for your understanding.

Can't make it to every game? No worries. Coach Agler wants you to make the most of your playing time. Exchange any unused tickets for additional tickets to a future game.

PLAYOFF PRIORITY
You have the first shot at reserving playoff tickets while Tanisha defends your seats from the general public.

HONORARY CAPTAIN PROGRAM
You can nominate your favorite child to be honored on the court with both the Storm and visiting team captains right before tip-off. Honorary captains also receive a commemorative Storm basketball to have each team's captains autograph and are highlighted on the KeyArena video board. Contact your Account Representative to nominate your Honorary Captain!
