Can't make it to every game? The Storm is committed to ensuring you receive the best value of your season ticket purchase by providing you tickets to a future game in exchange for your tickets to the games you'll miss. If you have any questions, please call the Storm Fan Experience Team at 206-217-WNBA (9622).

Available Exchange Games:

• Sun., May 13 at 2 p.m. vs. Los Angeles (Preseason)
• Fri., June 1 at 7 p.m. vs. Tulsa
• Fri., June 22 at 7 p.m. vs. San Antonio
• Wed., July 11 at 12 p.m. vs. Atlanta (Kids Day)
• Tue., August 21 at 7 p.m. vs. Minnesota
• Thu., August 23 at 7 p.m. vs. Indiana
• Thu., September 6 at 7 p.m. vs. Tulsa
• Sun., September 16 at 6 p.m. vs. Connecticut
• Tue., September 18 at 7 p.m. vs. Chicago

All Ticket Exchanges will be put on your "My Storm Account" online. You are able to log on to your "My Storm Account" to print these tickets or forward them via email.

All Ticket Exchanges need to be received by the Storm Fan Experience Team one week in advance of the game you are exchanging for.

There are two easy ways to exchange your unused tickets for a future game:

• Drop them off at The Huddle (Storm Fan Headquarters located outside Aisle 118) at KeyArena during any home game.
  
• Tickets to future games can also be exchanged through your "My Storm Account" by following these simple instructions:
  • After you log in to your account click "Manage Tickets."
  • For the game you do not plan to attend, select the seats you wish to exchange for a future game and click "Forward."
  • In the "Send To" address line enter StormSTH@StormBasketball.com.
  • In the "Notes" section, please designate the future game for which you would like to exchange.
  • Hit "Send."
  • Your tickets will then show up in your "My Storm Account" within a few days.

Your Storm Fan Experience Team will make every effort to seat you in comparable seats or near your season ticket location based on availability.

Please note: Once the tickets are forwarded through "My Storm Account," the physical tickets sent in your season ticket book will be voided instantly and can't be scanned to enter the arena. The Storm highly recommends you shred and discard any physical tickets that you have subsequently forwarded online to avoid any confusion.

Preseason or regular-season unused tickets cannot be substituted for playoff tickets. Unused substitute tickets also cannot be exchanged a second time. Thank you for your understanding.

• To RSVP, print your ticket from your My Storm Account. You’ll find your event ticket under the "Manage My Tickets" section.
• You receive one event ticket for each season ticket on your account.
• Doors will open at 1:45 p.m. The entrance will be through the West Entry (1st Ave N & Harrison) only.

CALL THE SHOTS
Run the offense with your online My Storm Account, which quickly allows you to e-mail, resell and pass on your tickets. We will email you step by step instructions on how to take advantage of this benefit in early May. SUB IN AND OUT*
Can’t make it to every game? No worries. Coach Agler wants you to make the most of your playing time by offering a ticket exchange program. Exchange any unused tickets for additional tickets to a future game using your My Storm Account.

SHARE THE LOVE*
For each seat on your account, we bonus you (2) single-game tickets which can be used to invite your friends or family to experience a Storm game. Or bring your boss and explain that during Storm season, Thursdays become I-won't-have-a-voice-on-Fridays. Simply visit the Season Ticket Holder page on StormBasketball.com and click "First One's On Me" to request your ticket.

PLAYOFF PRIORITY
As a Season Ticket Holder you have the first shot at reserving playoff tickets while Tanisha defends your seats from the general public. As we get closer to playoff time we will send you an email with the details.

Formerly Friends & Family Credit

As a Storm Season Ticket Holder you have the benefit of sharing the Storm experience with your friends and family! For each seat on your season ticket account, you will receive 2 (two) single-game tickets which can be used to invite your friends, family members or co-workers to a Storm game.

All First One's On Me requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the game selected.
