| Getting Started |

Enclosed with your season tickets, you will receive an unique Account ID and Password along with additional information on My Storm Account. You can use this information to log in to your My Storm Account. Then, simply choose the link you're interested in or select "Get Started" to begin forwarding tickets, posting tickets for sale and more. For additional help when you're signed in to your account, please refer to the online Help Page or select the "Contact Team Rep" link (see image below). ![]() |
| Forward Your Tickets |

Follow these easy steps to email your tickets to friends. Step 1: Select the tickets you wish to forward. You can forward more than one ticket at a time per game, but only to a single recipient. ![]() Step 2: Enter the recipient's first and last name, email address and any special message you'd like to send with your tickets. ![]() Step 3: Submit your billing information. The charge for forwarding tickets is $1.95 per ticket—a cost-effective alternative to overnight delivery or courier services. This year, forwarding is FREE for the 2004 season — courtesy of the Storm! ![]() Step 4: You'll be asked to verify your order before completing the transaction. Once forwarded, the barcode on your original season ticket will be cancelled and a new one delivered to the recipient via email. You'll receive an email confirmation for your records. |
| Post Tickets For Sale |

Season ticket holders can easily post tickets for sale through the Storm ticketExchange, our secure online exchange service. Step 1: Once you've selected the tickets you wish to sell, enter the selling price and expiration date of the listing. ![]() Step 2: Verify that the information is correct, then select "Post Tickets For Sale". Your listing will be immediately posted to the Storm ticketExchange. ![]() Step 3: You'll be notified via email of your listing status throughout the sale. These notifications include a posting confirmation email, an email if your tickets are purchased, a reminder email 24 hours prior to expiration date, and an email if the listing expires. Step 4: Once a ticket is purchased, the barcode on the original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is delivered via email to the buyer. Once the transaction has occurred, your season account will be credited immediately. |
