| Yolanda Griffith has established herself as one of the most dominant forces in the paint in WNBA history. After a year-plus in the ABL, Griffith was the first overall pick of the 1999 WNBA Draft by the Sacramento Monarchs and was the league's MVP in her first WNBA season. In 2005, Griffith led the Monarchs to the WNBA championship. A six-time All-Star, Griffith was named to the WNBA's All-Decade Team in 2006.
